One of 3 villas at Silver Sands owned & managed by Peggy Wall (Chin), Pineapple Cottage is located in this gated private community which is approximately 35 minutes from Montego Bay.

This charming cottage has two air conditioned bedrooms en suite.

The cottage is next to Pineapple Villa, just a short walk to the beautiful White Sands Beach; one of the finest in Jamaica. The properties are often times rented together for special celebrations to include ,weddings & reunions..

The cottage has plunge pool for cooling off while sunning or relaxing on the private terrace.

Free Phone calls to USA & Canada Free internet service & TV in bedrooms.

Guests can also enjoy the community tennis court and table tennis or billiards at the community center.Patio is enclosed for the safety of small children. Nanny available upon request. Crib and high chair provided...free.

Included in the rate ...One return Airport transfer with a 7 day Booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Peggy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
