Are you looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday in beautiful, unspoilt Italy? Well here at Il Nascondiglio near Amandola, Le Marche, we provide everything for your luxury self-catering holiday.

Hidden in a wooded valley with nature and bird song all round, your beautiful farmhouse self-catering apartment is set in 2.5 acres of tranquil gardens. With hammocks to laze in, a 5.5m above ground pool to take a dip in, games to play, even Wi-Fi internet under the loggia, you will be assured a relaxing time.

Your Hideaway farmhouse holiday home is ideally situated for exploring stunning Le Marche. From rambling or skiing in the Sibillini Mountains to the beaches of the Adriatic & everything in between. Picturesque hilltop towns & villages, opera & festivals, museums & churches, restaurants & markets, myths & legend, history & art, tradition & culture are all around. There's really is something for everyone in the delightful Le Marche area of Italy.

Your beautiful two bedroomed, well appointed self-catering apartment is situated upstairs in our 17th century farmhouse & sleeps from 1 to 4 guests. Lovingly restored in a charming rustic manor, cotto tiles, wooden beams & shutters, compliment the modern comforts of central heating & double glazing. We provide everything to make your stay a perfect one.

With your own private entrance via the covered loggia & an area for dining & relaxing outside, you enter the living room with comfy armchair & large double sofa bed ( to sleep 2 extra guests if required), satellite TV, DVD, Digital Radio & plenty of games & books for your entertainment.

The separate fully-equipped kitchen has an electric oven, four burner gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetierre, Nespresso machine, plenty of glassware, crockery & cooking utensiles & a dining area.

There is a washing machine next door, with airer, iron & ironing board & a weekly use is included. If you require more than one wash a week, a small charge will be made of any additional use. For stays of more than 7 nights, towels & linen are changed at the end of your first week.

Your romantic master bedroom with comfy double bed & luxury bedding has views over Montefalcone & wooden beams & shutters for a peaceful nights sleep.

The second bedroom has a single bed & a sofa bed, ideal for the children.

Also included is a welcome pack to get your holiday underway, including a bottle of delicious wine waiting for you on arrival!

Outside our large, peaceful, relaxing garden provides areas for dining, reading & BBQing or swimming in the pool (May - September). There is a terrace for dining, gazebo area with wi-fi & outdoor games for your use.

We grow many beautiful herbs and vegetables in the garden which are available for you to use during your stay at The Hideaway.

We live next door & can be reached easily if you need any help or advice .

Whilst we love animals and allow pets in the apartments, please inform us first if you wish to bring yours.

Your pets are not allowed on the furniture and must not be left alone in the apartment at any time. Please clear up after your pets in the garden as other families may be staying.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments but we provide ashtrays for your use outside.

Please abide by our rules for the pool, which includes having a shower before you enter and using hand sanitiser.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sarah & Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
