In this lovingly refurbed farm house, you can't fail to be impressed by the vaulted ceilings, roof terrace, views of Triglav National Park and the stunning Soca River, plus superb facilities, all with the luxury of space to relax, unwind and enjoy.

With easy access to skiing and snowboarding in the winter then kayaking, whitewater rafting, hiking, mountain biking, trekking, climbing, horse riding, golf, fly fishing, canyoning, paragliding, sky diving and more, its the ideal base for all adrenalin junkies...

...or take it easy, stroll through the orchard down to the river, settle in for the day and let the surroundings lull you into your holiday calm.

Bring your friends, bring your family, as a group or a club, this is the perfect place to be.

We can accommodate large and small groups.

Out and about locally the prices are great. ½ litre of beer is about €1.80, a cappuccino €1, decent bottle of red €3.80 or from €5 for a pizza.
