These properties may be rented together or separately, however the PRICE SHOWN REFERS TO ONE HOUSE a discount can be offered if you wish both properties. The number of rooms shown are also for one property, both properties have the same number of rooms.
should you only require one property the other property will NOT be rented out during your stay allowing you total privacy.
These 2 lovely houses are located 1km from San Michele Salentino in a lovely tranquil area of the town and typical of the area The two houses are totally independent of each other and each having its own entrance, are ideally suited for use by two couples or by a family. .
The Trullo consists of a traditional kitchen set in a stone arch with a real fireplace and dining table, living area, tiled bathroom with bath, a good size double bedroom, a single bedroom and a sofa bed.
The Lamia consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, with a real fireplace, the lounge area comprises of a three piece suite and TV, one large double bedroom and another large bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower,
Outside the Trullo has a built in pizza oven and oven for BBQ's
There is also a patio area under the trees and an outside shower/utility room.
The following are also included in your price
1. A traditional Italian welcome meal can be cooked up as a welcome gift on an agreed day i.e. day after arrival. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you would like this.
2. A welcome pack will also be at your accommodation.
3. A lesson in how to make Orecchiette pasta.
4. A baby sitter can be arranged if required at a small additional charge.
Close to the property are a good range of restaurants, bars and shops, including one of Puglia's finest butchers.
The property is only 13km from the famous white city of Ostuni, and a similar distance to Torre Guaceto. Alberobello (UNESCO), the home of the trulli, is less than 45km. The Caves of Castellana Grotte are approx. 54km and Lecce, known as the Florence of the South, is 68km.
The area also has a large number of sandy beaches approx. 25 mins away.
For those of you who enjoy playing golf there are some golf courses in the area at Savelletri di Fasano. San Cataldo, Lecce. Castellaneta.
