Casa Tata, located in the stunning Peninsula Grand Cozumel complex, is wonderfully spacious, and luxurious. This condo overlooks the Caribbean Sea on North Side of Cozumel, just minutes from the airport, the colorful downtown waterfront, and the island's only golf course.

This oceanfront oasis offers four bathrooms and three bedrooms, sleeping up to six people. The living room is spacious and has an open floor plan, linking the dining room and kitchen together, with large sliding glass doors and incomparable views of the Caribbean.

The dining room seats up to eight and the décor is bold and modern with dark wood, stainless steel, and brightly painted walls. There is even a separate office where you can catch up with work or family and friends from you laptop—the space comes furnished with a large desk, complimentary Wi-Fi and a phone. For your convenience, there’s an in-suite washer and dryer so you can keep your beach towels clean and fresh throughout your vacation.

Step out on the expansive balcony off the living room, which is beautifully decorated with modern furniture. And wow, the scenery. Nothing says vacation like being able relax with a cold beverage or a good book up in full view of sparkling ocean waters, white beach, and shimmering pool. It is also an incomparable spot to watch the famed Cozumel sunsets.

Each of your home away from home’s four bathrooms have contemporary amenities; the master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, while the three bedrooms offer different bed configurations and layouts to satisfy the choosiest of siblings: the master has one king bed (with stunning ocean view and balcony), one bedroom with a queen bed, two twin beds occupy the remaining sleeping quarters.

Casa Tata is tucked within the opulent Peninsula Grand community. Great care has been taken to ensure that every condo resident and visitor has unlimited access to a wide range of amenities. The large, heated infinity pool lined with palm trees and cushioned lounge chairs will help you slip into relaxation mode. The pool overlooks a spacious man-made beach just above the ocean, complete with palapas when you need a little break from the sun.

This outdoor oasis also offers a shower and dive/snorkeling gear rinsing area, to keep your equipment clean and ready to go for the next adventure.

If you like to work out, there’s a state-of-the-art fitness center on the premises that you are free to use—you’ll especially appreciate that equipment like treadmills and stationary bikes face the beach and sea, to help make your workout a breeze. Afterward, you can relax those muscles in the sauna or enjoy a massage.

Casa Tata is ideally located too. It’s only minutes from the airport and a decent stroll away from downtown Cozumel, where the waterfront promenade overflows with restaurants, bars, high-end stores, local vendors and artisans, duty-free shops, and tourists from every corner of the globe.

This is also where the cruise ships disembark, the ferry boat makes regularly scheduled trips to and from Playa del Carmen, and where you can find any number of dive masters or snorkeling tour operators who would love to help arrange a trip.
