Newly remodeled in 2023, Casa Santa Rita is a beautiful 2200 sq. ft. home close enough to walk to town, high enough for a great view. Casa Santa Rita offers 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, spectacular marina and Sea of Cortez views. Private swimming pool, hot tub, covered terrace, purified water system, streaming TV, wireless internet and a local Cabo phone line. Two upstairs bedrooms with their own bathrooms king and queen beds.

A downstairs studio apartment offers privacy with a separate entry, full bathroom, and sound separation. Two queen beds and hide a bed downstairs.

The main living and outside pool area are on the same level.

Located on the marina side of the private gated community of Pedregal, Casa Santa Rita is an affordable choice for those who value comfort coupled with amazing views and proximity to town. How do damage deposits work?
