The main floor offers a large living area that includes great room, dining area, gaming area, complete with pool table, kitchen and media room. The media room offers an office space with a PC and fax machine. The grand master suite is located on the main floor with a beautiful full bath, including steam shower and views of the Pacific. The entire main floor is handicap accessible. 

Six additional bedrooms are located on the 2 lower levels with a second master suite. Each bedroom includes a king bed, full bath with shower, I-pod docking station, phone, separate satellite TV receiver and deck with ocean views. A beautiful grotto is located mid floor offering a peaceful setting.

Villa Gran Vista's full-time house staff is a distinguishing feature that separates this villa from most others. They provide the ultimate in personal attention and service, handling the indoor cleaning and maid services, outdoor cleaning and maintenance. They are knowledgeable of the villa and can assist with questions and problems should they arise. They are also excellent cooks, and for an additional fee (negotiated directly with them) are available for meal preparation and cooking

FREE use of The Spa at Pedregal Facility to all occupants during their stay. Free Services include; use of Gym Equipment, swimming pool, steam shower, and locker rooms.15% off El Rincon Spa services during your stay.

Maid Service: The caretakers will be in the villa daily, Sunday through Saturday, during your stay, to clean and maintain the villa and your needs. Mexican holidays excluded.
