Description
This cosy cottage is creatively decorated and has a really homely feel. It comfortably sleeps 6; with a double, a twin room and bathroom upstairs. A further bedroom, with a double bed and en-suite shower room is downstairs and these are accessed via a small staircase from the main living room. The beamed, open plan living room has a wood floor and the sofas are positioned around an attractive wood burning stove. Welll equipped kitchen and dining area.
The large rambling garden is a very popular with guests, it has swings and a hammock; a splash pool is available if required. The private dining area with a gazebo has a fire pit, barbecue and a pizza oven.
It is an ideal holiday for families and for those who enjoy cycling and walking or just a relaxing taste of French life. The area has many beautiful market towns and the Nantes Brest canal runs just by the village offering walking and cycling routes. It is a pleasant 40 minute drive to the beautiful south Morbihan coast with its Islands and variety of shoreline.
Only 10 minutes away there is a wonderful lake with a sandy beach where many water sports are on offer including sailing, canoeing and water skiing - with all the required equipment to hire. Overlooking the lake is an attractive golf course.
