“Ideal Location”

Reviewed 18 Jan 2015

Ideal Location Our family of 5 (3 "kids" ages 24, 22 and 19) stayed at this apartment during the Christmas/New Year's Holiday for 9 nights. Everything was great.......we found it to be a perfect, central location and we were able to walk or take the Metro throughout Rome. The apartment was very nice.....the kitchen and all the space, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our stay. We wished that the master bathroom had a shower, but we quickly adapted to using one of the showers in the other 2 baths. The owner, and her grandson who spoke English, were so welcoming and helpful. Everything in the kitchen and throughout the apartment worked well and was well represented on the Italy Perfect website. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to others looking for a 3 bedroom stay.

Response from the manager Thank you for being such lovely guests. We hope you will return again. The Italy Perfect Team.

“This property was a fine example of the Roman experience everyon”

“Wonderful apartment! Great location!”

Reviewed 3 Aug 2012

My husband and I along with our 3 teenage children stayed at the Spagna apartment in July, 2012. The accommodations were exactly as depicted in the photos on the Italy Perfect website. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities we required. The terrace was amazing! Even though it was very hot, we still were able to sit out in the morning and the evening. Around 10pm one evening my husband and I were enjoying the terrace, and all we could hear was a flute player in the street. It was lovely! The location was perfect! It was close to a very busy street, but was very quiet. Never heard any traffic or people, even during the day. We were within walking distance of many sites. Right around the corner on Via del Corso was shopping, a coffee shop, and close by was a grocery store. There were many restaurants just a couple blocks away. Would definitely recommend this apartment. I searched several hours looking for the perfect accommodations, and found Italy Perfect to have some of the nicest rentals. Pat was always prompt at answering any questions I had for her. All the extra information provided, from dining, shopping, sites, as well as various tidbits of facts, was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect! Thanks Pat! Colette, Canada

“Perfect Italy is Perfect and apartment the same”

Reviewed 28 Jul 2011

We stayed for the most wonderful, relaxed and pampered 2 weeks in the apartment. We booked via Italy Perfect who seem to fully understand how picky, demanding and nervous we americans abroad can be. The owner, Pat was efficiency itself and sent us a handbook in advance covering everything about the apartment, location of supermarket etc, and suggestions of where to eat and useful tour guides etc The apartment was exactly as depicted. The highlight is the enormous terrace with covered awning providing totally private relaxed seating and dining surrounded beautiful Mediterranean terra-cotta pots filled with bay trees, orange trees and sweet smelling herbs. The apartments is furnished with antiques and comfortable sofas and chairs and our only minor quibbles were that the bed was firmer than we like and the linens classic Italian rather than "Frette" Italian pamper yourself quality. Since coming back Pat tells me this may be changed for future lucky guests. We loved the owner, the English speaking concierge who met us on our arrival and was surprised when our two weeks came upon us so much more quickly than we expected or wanted This is a 5 star property managed by a 5 star company

“Beautiful apartment in an excellent location”

Reviewed 19 Apr 2011

The location (near the Spanish Steps) was ideal. The decor of the apartment was so beautiful and the large patio was so wonderful during the mild Spring afternoons. The recommendations regarding the car service from the airport (Stefano) and our guide (Rich of rich@rome-day-tours) were great. I would defintely recommend Italy Perfect. We have also had wonderful experiences with Paris Perfect.

“Wonderful apartment in Rome”

Reviewed 22 Dec 2010

We were amazed by the beauty of our apartment in Rome. It was appointed in a most lovely fashion and we all were very much at home the minute we unpacked. The terrace was our favorite -- a wonderful spot to relax after sightseeing in Rome. The neighborhood was fantastic and easily accessible with wonderful restaurants nearby. Italy Perfect was wonderful in helping to find the right apartment and was very pleasant and easy to work with throughout the whole process. I cannot wait to plan my next trip and book an Italy Perfect residence.

“Wonderful apartment Near the Spanish Steps”

Reviewed 24 Jun 2010

This lovely apartment on a quiet closed street off Via del Babuino is a perfect location for seeing Rome. It is fully equipped, accommodated 4 adults and a mature child perfectly, and has a marvelously landscaped terrace for outdoor living. It is only blocks away from the Spanish Steps. Transporation, greeting and instructions were all handled very professionally with gracious English speaking personnel. The owner offered a warm personal welcome with flowers and wine, and Italy Perfect handled the reservation process most efficiently. The only problem was an initial difficulty establishing an Internet connection, which could have been a firewall problem in our laptop. In short, a wonderful way to experience Rome. A hidden gem of a casual restaurant not to be missed for lunch and a wine bar 17:00 - 20:00 in the Piazza Venezia/Piazza Navona area is Enoteca Corsi in Via del Gesu' at #87-88, just north of the Corso V. Emmanuele.

“Beautiful apartment, quiet, clean.”

Reviewed 13 Nov 2009

Beautiful apartment, quiet, clean. Excellent location, plenty of good local dining. I recommend "Gusto" for a delicious dinner. The highlight of of my trip was to see the lovely Sistine Chapel, what a masterpiece! The museum was overly crowded but it's worth the wading through the people to see it! Getting around was easy, taxi's were abundant and fairly inexpensive, walking the local streets was great people-watching and interesting listening to the different languages. Thank you for the lovely accommodations, I will recommend to our friends in California.

Response from the manager Thank you for the recommendation. Regards, Italy Perfect

“Great location for going almost anywhere.”

Reviewed 13 Nov 2009

Great location for going almost anywhere. The Roma Pass gave us excellent transportation plus skipping long lines at museums and places such as the Coliseum. We had great weather - over 60 degrees F and no rain for the week we were here. We were out so much we hardly used the beautiful terrace. Now back to snow and rain in Minneapolis.

Response from the manager Pleased you enjoyed the location and that the weather was good. Regards, Italy Perfect
