A beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment overlooking lovely communal gardens and swimming pool.The accommodation is furnished to a high standard with all that you will need for a relaxing, stress free holiday.The apartment has air conditioning, gas central heating,Wifi,and fly nets to windows and doors. The kitchen is fully equipped and the light airy lounge and dining area has luxury leather suites, and dining table and chairs.The master bedroom has the option of double or twin beds as requested,second bedroom 2 singles,plus a single put up bed for smaller child and cot for baby,There are terraces off the lounge,master bedroom and kitchen with comfortable patio dining and lounge furniture,plus sun beds for patio or pool use.There is a smart TV, DVD player and Playstation The apartment has a high level of security with shutters to bolted windows and doors, 24 hour Resort security staff within a gated and fenced complex.Included is a secure underground carpark accessed by lift .

Roda Golf boasts an 18 hole PGA golf course designed by Dave Thomas .Sam Torrence opened the course in 2006. The club house offers the usual high class catering facilities for residents whether golfers or not. There are at least 7 top class golf courses within a short drive from the complex.The Resort is only 2 km from the beach at Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor a natural lagoon on the Costa Calida (warm coast). Murcia International airport 35minutes.Alicante airport 50 minutes.The area has nearly 300 days of sunshine each year.The owner has golf clubs he would be happy to make available for guests to use for a small charge.Aircon metered,wifi free.

Marble floors and luxury bathrooms.Fly screens and air con.

Exit cleaning and laundry charge paid locally on arrival when keys handed over.50 euros for clean plus 10 euros per person for laundry,which includes apartment towels and linen.Beach towels for use on or off site.can be requested.Additional laundry charge for these is 2 euro per towel.

Rear terraces shaded during part of the day offering welcome respite during the hotter times of day without the need for retreating to the air conditioned interior.Patio furniture to seat 6 plus 4 sun lounges.and patio dining set to seat 6. Pool only a short distance away from the main terrace.Children's play ground close by.Children's pool toys provided.Short walk to Golf course and club house. Pleasant pedestrianised walks and cycling areas within the complex.Secure storage.

“Simple perfect in every way , 5* stunning apartment”

We arrived and was met by Debbie, Debbie took us round the very immaculate apartment, we we very pleased it was perfect and had all we needed apart from a frying pan ( husband needs a frying pan) hehe, if we needed anything Debbie was on hand and very helpful and pleasant, the apartment was just perfect and outside had 2 patio areas , a lovely pool . The golf resort is immaculate and the club house serves fantastic food 5* and very cheap. You need a car , the centre is a 10 min drive and lots of other beautiful places and beaches a short drive. We had to pay for the air conditioning what we used . We stayed a week and put €35 but it was very hot so we needed it on all night. Nothing else to say but we will certainly be returning again and again. Thank you Debbie for making our holiday perfect.

Response from the owner I can certainly consider providing beach/poolside towels but would need to make a small charge for laundering .Wi fi is also something I can consider.I have regular holiday clients who store some items like towels,and other holiday type items which are particularly bulky or heavy and do eat into flight baggage allowance in my dry storage room in the basement.There is no charge for this facility.
