This property is a rare find - in town location w/ lavish acreage. 5 bedrooms accommodating 10 people. There is a beautiful open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Wolf gas oven range. The dining area accommodates a large table where everyone can dine together. There are 2 living room spaces on the 1st floor. The smaller living room has a small bathroom with a shower. Through this living room you can meander to the downstairs bedroom. This bedroom has its own separate entrance, shower, kitchen space & outdoor dining area. In this home there are 2 upstairs areas that can be kept separated and accessed by 2 separate staircases or kept joined and open to each other (and only use 1 of the staircases). The 1st upstairs has a loft space that overlooks the dining area. There is an enclosed bedroom on each side of the loft area. Each bedroom contains a queen bed. There is a larger bathroom with a shower and a claw foot tub in this upstairs area. The 2nd upstairs area can either by entered by going through 1 of the bedrooms Or by Going up the 2nd staircase. On this 2nd fl area you will find a bedroom on your left and right. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The barn is now available for enjoyment with a pool table, cable, wii and wifi. The house has central A/C in the front half and window units in the rear and 1 unit in the barn playroom. Sorry, no pets.
