This fantastic 5-star rated vacation rental is a spacious, light-filled 1-bedroom and a loft unit with 2 bathrooms - each completely remodeled with beautiful custom travertine tile work and upscale cabinetry. This unit is very open and airy, yet feels like a cozy cabin! The 1100 square foot unit boasts the fastest internet service available in Mammoth, and has been completely remodeled with wooden flooring throughout, new Pottery Barn furniture, linen sheers to modulate the brightness and add warmth, linen cotton lined curtains to block the light and cold, desks and chairs in both the bedroom and loft, and custom artwork from local artists.The fully-stocked kitchen is an entertainer’s dream. Newly remodeled with custom African Persa granite countertops and marble backsplash, sporting all stainless steel GE Profile appliances, the kitchen includes a Nespresso Coffee machine and Nespresso frother, a Vitamix blender, a Kitchen Aid Pour-Over Coffee Brewer, a Kitchen Aid Professional Coffee Grinder, a Kitchen Aid Professional 4-slice Toaster, an 8-quart Kitchen Aid Professional mixer, All Clad cookware, matching tableware, silverware, glassware, under cabinet lighting, and Pottery Barn table and chairs. The kitchen is part of an open Great Room, which includes the dining room and vaulted ceiling living room, and opens to a private entry patio. Light pours in from the south facing windows from sunrise until late afternoon, bathing the Great Room, bedroom and loft in sunlight. This unit has a nice mountain view, and includes access to a private ski locker at Canyon Lodge. Leave your skis in the locker. In the winter, walk from the unit to the Village Gondola on the heated sidewalk, grab your skis from your private locker and enjoy your day on the mountain. In the summer, walk from the unit to the Village and enjoy restaurants, concerts, shopping, and a free Trolley to the lakes area. This top floor unit has a fireview woodburner, a woolen rug to warm your toes, 2 flat screen TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the living room, including an AppleTV), Blu-ray player, DVD player, and a stereo with a CD player and wired iPod connection. The bedroom has a King size bed with a down comforter, and a walk through mirrored closet. The loft has a Queen size bed and a Trundle bed (2 single beds), with a choice of bedding options. The living room has a Queen size leather sofa bed. All mattresses are hypoallergenic. There are 32 stairs to reach this unit and it has 2 levels inside. The entry level has the living room, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs is the loft with another bathroom (both bathrooms have hairdryers and heated towel racks). This unit sleeps 6-8 people. There are absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed in this unit. Walking to the Village Gondola from this unit is considered 3 blocks including a long steep driveway, or a shortcut path, to reach Lake Mary Road. Unit managed under Mammoth Lakes Business Tax Certificate 864.
