An incredible 6-double bedroom villa on the water’s edge with stunning views of Dalaruan Cove, Puerto Galera Bay, with their breath-taking sunrises and sunsets. From Manila it is two hours by tollway to Batangas plus a one hour sea-crossing over the beautiful ‘Verde Island Passage’. The villa has a well equipped kitchen and all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. There is a large terrace with lots of comfortable rattan lounge chairs.

It is particularly popular with overseas expatriates living in China, South East Asia and the Middle East who are married to Filipinas who in turn invite their extended families from around the Philippines to join them for a unique beach and water sports holiday. open terraces are extensive with dramatic views of Dalaruan Cove and Puerto Galera Bay. Costs are surprisingly reasonable, and discounts are available for extended stays. Most bedrooms have stunning wake-up views. The villa is a few minutes by boat from Puerto Galera town and the Sabang and La Laguna tourist /night life beaches.

Food is not provided at the villas, but the housekeeper/caretaker will assist with marketing, buy the food - especially seafood - of your choice, and take care of cooking, housekeeping, child-minding etc. If you would like the staff to be totally responsible for shopping, cooking their rate is P 500/day.

The cost of the villa includes a mirror sailing dinghy, a 2-person kayak, and a Hobie 16 catamaran. Two 36' yacht s(Farr 36' sloop and a Sydney 36') is also available for day charter at modest cost to include skilled boatmen. The caretakers will gladly accompany guests on shopping or exploration expeditions to town or into adventurous jungle areas.

Getting around

You will find maps /charts around the Villas. Getting around from the villas is mostly accomplished by water in various boats. Private bancas can be rented from commercial operators - especially useful coming back from town. Our own 8-meter banca "Sunbird" (named after the tiny green and yellow 'sunbirds' which are extensively seen flitting amongst the trees and mangroves at the villas) and our own dinghy 'Seabox' can be used at for local travel within PG Bay and nearby when the boat is free. Rates will be attached with The Visitor's Book once guests express an interest in booking.

Continuous interaction via email, cell phone is with owners is normal, and caretakers staff are always at the villas in their own accommodation to assist guests at all times.
