Cost of living in Cancun Centro is much less expensive than the overpriced Hotelzone. Within a few blocks and walking distance you will have several Restaurants (Steak, Mexican,Japanes, Argentinian,Italian,Vegan,Hindu and los of mexican "Taquerias" etc), Banks with Atm´s, Mexican Coffee House "La Casa de los Abuelos"
Many of our guests just enjoy eating out and take advantage of the low prices of Cancun Centro , and then enjoy the beaches or simply head out to explore Cancun and the Yucatan.
Villa Maya Cancun Centro is a cosy air conditioned Flex home..that you can rent as a 5 Bedroom House for up to 12 Guests, or just the Downstairs Condo with Garden Patio for up to 8 Guests, or the Upstairs Condo with Roofgarden for up tp 5 Guests in the quiet "Residencial San Sebastian" in Cancun Centro next to a tropical Park. Its ideal for families, couples or single travelers that would like to feel at Home on Vacation, rather than staying in a small Hotelroom. Villa Maya Cancun is a 2 level private flex house, fully furnished and equipped with 5 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, kitchen downstairs and kitchenette upstairs, living room, dining room, garden with direct access to park, parking.
UPSTAIRS CONDO:
The Bedroom in the Upstairs Condo has a King Size Bed and a sofabed in the Masterbedroom, and in the 2nds room 2 single beds and a small kitchenette. Access by staircase from that room to the Roofgarden Terrace with a Table, 4 Chairs and 2 Loungechairs.
DOWNSTAIRS CONDO:
The Downstairs Condo has 1 Kingsizebed in the Masterbedroom, 1 single sleeper sofa and 1 triple sofa bed in the bed/ Livingroom, 2 Double Beds in Guestbedroom , Diningroom and access to the Garden Patio.
Airport Transfers can be arranged in advance.

The location is great as well, 3 miles from the hotel zone, 2 blocks from The Gran Plaza shopping Mall and Walmart, 1 block from Soriana Supermarket, another shopping center, 400 ft from the bus stop to the hotel zone and 300ft from a 24 hr OXXO Mini Supermarket Hope I can welcome you to my house.
