Response from the owner Dear BJSL31, Unfortunately it seems you did not read the terms and conditions in the booking which clearly stated that the number of bedrooms available to guest is determined by the number of guests booked. The view of the Hazards on the website is an accurate portrayal of the view from the deck and we do not claim to have water views. Each window in the house has insect screens and it is wise in summer to keep the flyscreens on the deck sliding doors closed as there are mosquitos in the national park. I am sorry that you feel your experience has been compromised.
