The Vienna State Opera and the pedestrian zone Kaerntner Strasse with the impressive St. Stephans Cathedral you can very easily reach in only few minutes walk ! Even Viennas biggest shopping street 'Mariahilfer Strasse' and the "Museum district' - just short walking distance too. The Musical Theater an der Wien and the famous art gallery Vienna Secession' is located across the street, practically on the doorstep .

You live right next to the famous multicultural Vienna Naschmarkt ( just across the street !! ) - a fascinating very large open market, the largest open air market in Europe! You can buy here freshest fruits and groceries from all over the world. You find there also numerous excellent restaurants (international cuisine), very relaxed coffee shops and cozy bars, nice beer gardens etc. Each Saturday with an additional very large interesting flea market.

You live also only few minutes away from the central metro node Karlsplatz - very convenient - you can easely take the subway direct to the 'UNO City', the 'Schloss Schoenbrunn', the famous 'Wiener Prater', the recreation area 'Danube Island' and many more...

Only if the windows are open it´s possible that you can hear some noise from the Billa-grocery´s delivery for only a short time, but if the windows are closed you hear nothing. The garbage room is concealed at the back of the entrance area, if someone leaves the door to the dumpster open, it may unfortunately be possible that smells in the entrance area are noticeable, but usually this door is tightly closed, and you can´t smell anything.
