Description

The villa .Our standard occupancy is six people there is an exrta charge for bookings above the amount of six people. We have just added two more bathrooms in the main Villa. There is now a Shuttle service to Alona Beach and Airport and Tagbilaran city running every 30 minutes from the village centre seven eleven shop 10 mins walking distance from our property Panglaovilla and cost only 15 pesos . We have a newly installed washing machine dryer it's very big 17kilos load the fee to use it is 400pesos including washing powder and fabric conditioner.

The Villa is a beautifully maintained modern villa on the paradise island of Panglao .Panglao is famous for its unspoilt white sand beaches, world-renowned dive sites, historical landmarks, and exotic flora and fauna. Panglao is connected to the island of Bohol by two bridges, giving easy access to the wonderful sites of the island, including centuries-old churches and towers, majestic falls, caves, scuba diving havens, rare and exotic wildlife, and of course the famed Chocolate Hills. Bohol, in the heart of the central Visays, is the eco-tourism heart of the Philippines..

Newly built private swimming pool from the 1st December 2016.

There are now three extra double bedrooms available in a newly built extension, increasing the accommodation from 6 to 12, so we can accommodate larger groups, and we specialize in family reunions. We can accommodate to 18 people there are double sofa beds in every room if you want them and you are ok with sharing the rooms and the beds we think they are good for children. Be assured that if you do not need to use the extra rooms they will NOT be rented separately to anyone else during your stay - the apartments are only rented out to the guests renting the villa if they need extra rooms. Panglao Villa will remain entirely your own private retreat.

All have a mini kitchen, fridge, tv, air con, and own bathroom with hot water plus high speed wifi

There is a international on panglao island and sea ports at Tagbilaran City where we do a free pickup and drop off service for bookings four nights and above to Panglaovilla also included in that trip is a visit to a large modern shopping mall so you can get your provisions if needed there are local shops walking distance of panglaovilla but not as good as the mall, with several daily connections to Manila and Cebu, and this is just a 20 minute drive from Panglao Villa.

Free pick up and drop off from the airport and trip to the shopping mall form your provisions is included with your stay

Response from the owner Hello I am Vincent White the owner of Panglaovilla. First I would like to say a pleasant Hello. Below is an unedited responce from my property manager Jedy she is the most respectful honest person I know and would never be rude to anyone. The bad review is very exaggerated and filled with lies. RESPONSE Sorry for all those inconveniences! But we assure you that those smell just occur by that time your turn to stay because had we experience that before with other guest, we could have resolve the problem before you arrived! But this is exaggerating to say that smell like death on your whole stay when the smell went off after we put disinfectants right away after you complain. All your issues were given immediate attention everytime you complain. Except that I told you we are suppose to have someone do a general inspection of the pipes to clear things out if something really went wrong with the connections. But it would mean no guests for few days, then you even suggested to just do it when you move out. That day when you were on tour, I do clean the house myself with the ladies and observed if there was really a bad smellI though, but there was none! I send the ladies to attend to what you need, instructing them to give you what you want including the towels. But they realize that used towels were very dirty after they found out that you might have wipe them with your feet or on the floor when things get wet after taking a bath. It was not fair to do it that way because rugs are provided for you for your feet or you can used floor mops instead. Anyway, thank you for this review. Rest assured that all other concerns are given attention. Also, We would like to say thank you to your 8 other companions who seems to be our comfort everytime you complain! Looking at them enjoying the place seems more interesting. Below is the Review from Barron the guest that just left before the person that left this totally exaggerated review fill with lies . Everything we needed was within walking/tricycle distance. A driver was readily available when needed (we were a party of 10). The property caretaker connected us to day tours, and the neighbors we arranged to help out with local shopping, meals and cleaning were kind, friendly, and hard-working. Given the opportunity to visit again, we would definitely stay at Panglao Villa. Vincent, our host, was always available and quick to respond to emails. Our originally planned trip was delayed by 1 day at the last minute due to a typhoon. Vincent worked with the guests who had already booked the property for the day following our originally planned stay to arrange for us to share the property for our last night. That saved us the stress and hassle of having to arrange a one-night stay for 10 elsewhere at the last minute. We are grateful that we chose a property and host who provided service beyond our expectations.” PLEASE I HOPE PLEASE THAT READ THIS CAN SEE THE TRUTH.

Response from the owner Hello Buddy First I would like you say a pleasant Hello and thank you for your review. About the main Villa only having one toilet that's correct . We have not stated in our property listing that in the main is more than one toilet. There is a large shower room next to the pool area for your use at anytime you find that you need more toilet and shower facilities. About moles on the sealing that unfortunately happens in weeks in the Philippines climate and no need for a vent as there is a large window that can be opened. The comment about the other bathrooms in the extra rooms in the extension to the villa they are a basic room. But still nice enough. The comment about us using the cheapest taps and not being metal is totally unfair . We have tried expensive chrome taps of types and they all don't last long they corrode due the local municipal water beginning a bit salty in panglao you really can only use plastic . There is a renovation due in August and we will upgrade toilets and maybe an one to the main Villa. Best regards Vincent White Owner

Response from the owner Hello .. First I would like say we had big problems with communicating with the guest due to only one Russian could use very basic English language. About the toilet not working it's true we had a big tropical rainfall and it filled up our septic tanks that service the extra rooms extension to the main Villa .. So sorry for this it took us to long to find a company free to come and empty our tanks and the guest did not understand that it takes time to get it done . The guest really really put so much stress on us all we did our best and I even offered a full refund for them find find other accommodation if they are not prepared to just be a bit patient with us . On my personal visit to my property at approximately 10am to assess the situation I found that all the guest was out for the day except one guest . All the lights was left on plus almost all the aircons and fans left running with the doors and windows open total waste of energy.. it's totally unfair on us to do that to give us unessasarlly high electric bill.. We dont the have many rules at our property the only main rule is please if your going out for the day please turn off aircons . Electric in the Philippines is very expensive. About the discount for the inconvenience of the toilet we asked what would they like and we made a suggestion and they agree to it about no fee for a late check out . We work on a principle that guest are always correct and take any review even a negative one as good so we always make improvements.. We have already had a new plumbing done to stop rain water filling up the tanks .. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience or miss understanding to our guest ..
