Loved for our prime location, useful amenities and helpful staff, all at a reasonable price, we have had our guests coming back to us all the time.

At Fun Holidays Goa, our guests feel relaxed and cared for as we keep their needs, our first priority.

When you come on a holiday-

You want to stay close to all that is happening, yet away from the noise.—We are 750 m from Calangute beach but in a peaceful resort complex.

You want to be close to things you might need—We are next to the Calangute market.

You want to take a dip, but not in the salt water—We have a swimming pool with a baby pool.

You want to be able to have “Ghar Ka Khana”—We have a functional kitchen for you with gas, microwave, fridge and the required utensils.

Don't want to miss your favorite show??—We have TVs with satellite connection for you.

Driving down??- We have a parking for you (paid).

Ah!! The afternoon is hot—We have an AC for you.

Getting around

We are 5 min walk from Calangute beach and other hip and happening things of Goa so you do not need a vehicle. Though, if you want to go around and see more of Goa, you will need one. The best way to go around in Goa, if you are not travelling with small kids or elderly people, is a scooter. We can help you hire one, if you need. If you have small kids or elderly people travelling with you, then a self driven car or a taxi makes better sense. We can help you hire these too.

Interaction with guest

Our guests have the entire private apartment to themselves. We, the owners do not stay there and make only occasional visits. Our caretaker and his dedicated team will take good care of you. They will be there for daily housekeeping. We will also help you with any local knowledge or contacts that you need. We and the caretakers are just a phonecall, whatapp, email or SMS away.

House rules

1. We charge a refundable deposit of Rs 2000 to be paid in cash at the time of check in.
It is refunded by the caretaker in cash at the time of check out.
2. We have zero tolerance for anything illegal or immoral. We keep a tight check and any such thing will be reported to the police immediately and will lead to cancellation of reservation without any refund.

Average accommodation but near beaches and market area. The transport was good but it was difficult to find this place first time

Why can't I call Komal (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I withdraw my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Komal (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Komal (the owner) a message.

If Komal (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
