Villa Pelicano provides an excellent alternative for families and vacationers seeking from pure relaxation to an array of small Inlets, Cays and multiple nearby Beaches to visit on our very own Spanish Virgin Island. We also cater our extensive space for special events at customer's request.

A short distance away via coastal roads and right at the property's footsteps, via maritime with the Villa's guest kayaks or by boat, your encounter is no less than Turquoise Crystal Clear Waters, all within boundaries to Marine & Wild Life Refuges, a 100 acre Nature Reserve/Dakity surrounds our location, as well as nearby Soldier's Point Beach which can be accessed by hike trail or 4x4 vehicle, excellent snorkeling right at the beach's shoreline.

The Villa is equipped with 4,000 gal. back/up water cistern and a 13k power emergency diesel plant.

Entire facilities with well over 4,500 sq.ft. of spaces..
