2 bedroom, 1 bath waterfront condo with a Center console boat at your front door. The unit is located in a small complex within walking distance to restaurants, bars and Park. Comes with Flat screen tv's, wifi, dvd player, washer and dryer. Barbecue on patio. Boat is equipped with VHF, GPS and Depth/Fishfinder. There is also a Bimini top and Dodger for sunny days.

Response from the owner I can only say that this review is so far from reality. This renter tried to cancel their reservation a few days before coming. When informed that they would lose their monies, they made sure to complain about everything until I gave them their money back. There was no chance of making this renter happy no matter what we offered.

Response from the owner We take our guests comments very seriously. After reading your review, I looked back at all of the reviews form this unit. We have eight 5 star reviews, two 4 star and one 3 star. You are the first negative review we have ever gotten. In addressing your individual complaints, all of the bedding in the unit is new this year and you are the first to find it uncomfortable. We do not allow smoking on the property and that unit had a new central air conditioning unit installed in Feb., I find no musty smell. As far as price, a comparable unit and boat would cost $600.00 per night, you paid 50% less. Most customers tell us that we gave them a lot more than they expected. Although your complaints are unfounded, we would have moved you to another unit if you had expressed any concerns while you were here.
