Description

Bright, recently renewed spacious two-floor 95 square meter (1023 sq ft) apartment facing the bay of Minori. The lower floor is composed of a large sea-front living room with a double sofa bed (width: 1,60 m), a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor is composed of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is located on the second floor of "Braschi" Building, a prestigious, historic residence along the seafront of Minori. Despite the lack of elevator, it is easily accessed through a spacious, comfortable staircase of about 50 steps.

The apartment accommodates up to 7 guests. Ideal for families or small groups of friends.

How do damage deposits work?
