“Fabulous Apartment and location”

We recently stayed in this apartment on a grils weekend away. The location of this apartment is ideal, however anyone with mobility problems should note that it is down a very steep hill so this may cause issues for some. There is a lift in the building so useful for suitcases! I could not fault the facilities in the apartment, even if the heating system was rather difficult to operate, with limited instructions provided. I must also state that if you are due to arrive after 6pm, you should be aware that you will not be met at the apartment with keys and you must instead go to another property, which is quite a bit away, to collect the keys. I would highly reccomend this property, however if I had been aware of the above when booking it would have been better. Very close to all amenities, approx 10 mins walk from Grassmarket area in one direction and leads up onto the Royal Mile right beside St Giles Cathederal in the other. Overall a great trip, which was made better by the comfort and convenience of this property!
