This Vacation Condo Suite is Mexico at its finest....classy, contemporary yet comfortable. It boasts approximately 600 sq feet (36 m2) with marble floors and shower and custom solid wood cabinetry.

There is a private 260 sq foot (24 m2) outdoor terrace. ...enjoy the romantic outdoor private patio while the soft Caribbean breeze gently floats over you as you relax. The patio has comfortable seating.

Other features include a Simmons pillow top master king size bed, a sitting area, including a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with black granite counter tops an Island and stainless appliances. This suite also includes Cable TV and Apple TV - there are (2) flat screen TVs a private Wireless Internet connection, and a full size Washer and Dryer.

Throw together a fresh mango margarita in the blender and wander out to the pool for some of that wonderful Caribbean sunshine, relax and rejuvenate!!!

The Penthouses of the Royal Oasis is located in a quiet safe community known as Centro or affectionately as Little Italy due to the high volume of Italian restaurants.

We are located one block off the famous promenade called either "Quinta Avenida" or "Fifth Avenue" in Playa del Carmen surrounded by a myriad of cafes, restaurants and colorful Mexican handicraft shops and are just steps away from Mamita's Beach, known as one of the most beautiful sugar white beaches in all of the Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Playa del Carmen is situated 45 minutes away from the Cancun International Airport, and a quick 20 minute ferry ride from the Cozumel International Airport.

Playa del Carmen, Mexico still has its small town charm and safety even though it has become one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico. This Mayan fishing Village is now an International destination.

Smoking is permitted outside on all patios and deck areas, we ask you to be courteous and use the ashtrays that are available.

This rental is wheelchair accessible.

The Penthouses of the Royal Oasis are pet friendly for quiet pocket dogs, however a Pet Security Deposit will be required and our Pet Contracts rules and regulations must be followed. (ask for details and availability)

If Kim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
