Enjoy stunning and unobstructed views of the lake and mountains from every room in this large four bedroom Queenstown vacation home with an outdoor spa pool. This impressive 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is a luxurious base for your Queenstown visit. The spacious and open plan living, dining and kitchen area opens onto a large deck perfect for entertaining with friends or family.

Bel Lago means Beautiful Lake in Italian: and from every room and deck in this modern home you can see beautiful Lake Wakatipu set against Deer Park Heights in front of The Remarkables Mountain Range. Your panoramic views also take in The Crown Range, Cecil Peak and the southern reaches of the lake towards Kingston.

This home has all of the luxurious extras to make your stay as enjoyable as possible: sauna, wine fridge, coffee machine, BBQ, Smart TV in every bedroom, private en suites, drying cupboard for ski gear, plenty of games and DVDs and more.

All four of the king bedrooms have the option of being made into twin beds, offering great flexibility for different group dynamics. One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed available for a 9th guest, which must be pre-booked.

Our rates are inclusive of 15% GST, all linens, and free fibre WiFi.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $200 one-off fee if you wish to use the spa pool and it will be professionally valeted, up to temp and ready for your arrival.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
