Description

This classic villa sits on the hill above the fishing village of Hout Bay near Cape Town, with stunning views out towards the Atlantic Ocean, and the mountains of the Cape Peninsula. Bahari means "ocean" in Swahili. Situated in prestigious Scott Estate neighbourhood, the villa boasts four bedrooms, three with views of the ocean, and three bathrooms, two with shower/bath. The master bedroom is equipped with a kingsize bed and small sitting area, and a picture window looking out over the ocean. The other 3 bedrooms each have a queen size bed, with another single bed in an alcove.

More views are available on the outdoor terrace, perfect for breakfast and lunch, sheltered by a shade awning in the afternoons. Inside, the large wood-floored sitting and dining areas offer evening comfort, along with a fireplace. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for large meals (try some of the fresh local seafood available in the village), as well as a countertop with stools for quick meals. Other facilities include dishwasher, clothes washing machine and dryer. There is a separate TV area, and a games area downstairs near the pool. Outdoors, enjoy the private swimming pool and the garden, as well as the brick barbeque. Two vehicles can be kept safely in the enclosed garages, which have remote door openers. Excellent security is provided through an armed response alarm service.
