Our 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath OCEAN FRONT home sits 50 feet above the Pacific Ocean and overlooks the Cape Arago Lighthouse (decommissioned in 2006). Private stairs lead to a beautiful semi-private 1 mile stretch of beach which faces Northwest, resulting in less wind. We are close to several Oregon State Parks (Shore Acres with Botanical Gardens and Explosion Rock, Sunset Bay, and Cape Arago). Golf is nearby at Sunset Golf Course or Coos Country Club, and Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is about 40 minutes away.

Please NO pets and NO smoking.

HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT PROVIDED, you are asked to wash linens, dishes and clean the unit so it is ready for the next guest. No smoking or pets please. Peak rates are for days between Memorial day weekend and Labor Day, Thanksgiving holiday, Christmas break, and Oregon spring break. Please note: We have a long term tenant in an attached studio (with access to the laundry area in the garage) who is respectful of our guests but occasionally your paths may cross.

Response from the owner Hi Deanna, It doesn't take long for the salt air to cloud the windows but we think the view is worth the washing! We do post our list of rules so that each guest can be aware of how things work. It helps to keep our rates affordable by having each guest leave the house ready for the next guest. (The strong odor of fuel oil in the garage may have been due to a recent fill). Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback.

If Spencer (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
