Paradise on earth!!!

From our non-smoking, oceanfront, studio condo #607 at the Valley Isle Resort, you can relax and enjoy the gorgeous views of the beach, the ocean and the island of Molokai. During whale season, you can see the whales frolicking while you enjoy breakfast or a cool drink on the lanai.

Sunset is spectacular from the lanai or the beach.

The 2017 and 2018 WINTER STORMS has caused some beach erosion.

The Valley Isle Resort is located on Maui's west coast, on the beach between Kaanapali and Kapalua. It's only a block from several of Maui's restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Whaler's Village, an upscale shopping area. Whaler's Village has lots of art galleries, boutiques, shops and wonderful restaurants. There are 2 small shopping areas across the street for your incidental needs. The resort is just minutes from world class golf courses, historic Lahaina, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, and a ferry to the island of Lanai.

Relax by the resort pool. The Valley Isle Resort complex has a heated pool, gas Bar-B-Q grills, beautiful lawns and a friendly front desk staff to help you with sightseeing or dining suggestions.

Parking is free, but you do need to get a parking permit from the front desk. If you come in late at night, you can get the permit the following morning. Free high speed wireless Internet can be accessed from our condo.

UPDATE ON BEACH: There is a path from the side of where the sandbags are that you can use to get on the sand and walk south to enjoy beach area. The sand comes back and in summer we have a lovely sandy beach again. We are working with several other projects in the Kahana area to come up with a permanent solution so that our sandy beaches remain sandy all the time.It now appears that the new norm is a nice sandy beach most of the time between April and October, and little or no beach more likely to be the case when the winter storms and high surf move in.

Getting around

You can walk a mile to the Farmer's Market on Mon, Wed and Fri for all kinds of goodies. Tropical Plantation is great to visit to see the lovely tropical plants, have pineapple tasting and the desserts there are wonderful!! Sunset at the volcano is a sight not to be missed. Do take some warm clothing with you as it gets chilly up there. The Ulelena show and Warren & Annabelle’s magic show in Lahaina are both excellent evening events. Best “Hawaiian” luaus are Feast at Lele’s or Old Lahaina Luau Roy's in Ka’anapali has a chocolate soufflé to die for – make reservations if you’re planning to have dinner – it is a little pricey…

Once you open the screen door, there is a keypad on the front door. We send you the code once the condo is booked together with other condo info. If we are on property, we will stop by to welcome you and say "Aloha".
