“Great rooms and amazing service!”

Reviewed 19 Jul 2014

We stayed in a condo here for almost a week and had a very nice time. The units are spacious and clean and there are only 8 of them so the pool is never crowded. The monkeys will come right up to your balcony and peek in on you, and the place has a guarded gate at the entry 24 hours a day so everything is secure. The location is good as well, right between Quepos and Manuel Antonio so it's close to everything without being right in the middle of a crowded area. We left having had a very nice time and only discovered that we had left a laptop in one of the rooms after receiving an urgent email (we had no phone service) from Dorit, who manages the front office. We had already driven several hours away to our next hotel when we received the message, and were set to fly home a day later. I was afraid I would have to spend my entire day driving back to get the computer, but Dorit quickly and cheerfully arranged it so their driver would deliver the computer to us at our new hotel, 4 hours away (!), that next morning for a very reasonable fee - probably less than I would have spent in fuel if I made the trip to get it myself! They really went above and beyond and saved us a huge hassle and from having to waste our whole last day in the country driving back for the computer. I can't recommend this location highly enough, and the price for the rooms is great as well! Book it now!

“great place”

Reviewed 26 Mar 2014

Dorit and her college were very accomodating and helpful. We enjoyed the monkeys from the pool and our balcony most afternoons. Short walk to town of Quepos where there was a great market Friday afternoon with lots of fresh produce and fish. Close enough to the touristy Manual antonio, but not too close. The local bus was easy to use and very reasonable.

“We always come back”

Reviewed 12 Feb 2014

This is a great place to stay with lots of return people, which says a lot about MaE. We have stayed in two of the condos and one of the houses. All were immaculate and gave us great interaction with the monkeys, which are half the fun of staying here in the rain forest. The birds and iguanas will also keep you company. The pool is nice, not so much for lap swimming but for staying cool. I wish the kitchens were better outfitted for those of us that like to cook a lot. Bring your own sharp knife. Dorit and Luis are here to make your life as easy as possible. They will answer any question and help you with any activities. Quepos is home away from home for those of us that have been here so often. Hot, but nice.

Response from the manager Hola Patty, Thanks so much for the great comments! We also enjoyed very much having you here, and hopefully we will see you again later this year, for another great time at the new Bali-style house Casa Cascada, that you liked so much!! Pura Vida!

“wonderful time at Manuel antonio estates but thebeds were very”

Reviewed 9 Jan 2011

Everbody that worked at Manuel antonio Estates was very friendly. I left a pretty nice watch down by the pool and someone turned it in. Shay, the lady that checked us in was so helpful. The housekeeper, the guard, the young man tending the pool, all were very kind. The place was clean and had good plumbing. And you couldn't ask for a better location. The only set back would be that the beds were very hard.

“An amazing Experience”

I have done alot of traveling, but I must say that my stay at Manuel antonio was one of my top vacations!! The apartment was great, spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and more han accommodating!!It is a safe place to stay as a single traveler with lots of adventurous thing to do. The town of Quepos is a short walk away for all of your needs and the bus will take you into Manuel antonio in less than 10 min. for the beach and other activities (ie Nation Park) I cannot say enough wonderful thing about this magical place, I am looking forward to returning!! I Loved this place!! Shay was awesome!! If you are in to the nightlife there is plenty to do every night. You can book just about any and all activities that you could possibily want to do through the Estates. I must admit I have not stopped raving about this place to my friends and family since I have returned!!
