The apartment was exquisite, and surpassed all of my expectations. The rooms were spacious, amazingly clean and the service was great. This is one of the best experiences as the Manager of MoLi London was always available and welcoming. I highly recommend MoLi to everyone.
“Excellent value for money within easy reach of City Centre.”
Dear Sirs, I felt that I needed to share with you that it is a long time since my wife and I have felt as valued for our accommodation business as we recently experienced with this reservation. The apartment was truly excellent value for money – my wife and our 3 adult daughters stayed there for 3 days and had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. It would have cost us an arm and a leg to stay in a conventional hotel in London and the feeling of freedom is never as good when you can have a ‘home from home’. We were particularly impressed with the service and responsiveness of ‘houseofmoli reservations’ staff. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went smoothly with our trip. They readily agreed to a late check out at short notice as the apartment did not need to be readied until the following day. We are very experienced travelers and have stayed at some 5 star hotels that have not shown the same level of desire to please that Moli has demonstrated. I hope they stick to this philosophy as I repeat, its been a while since I have been this pleased. Regards Dick.
“Nice stay, good facilities”
I recently visited London for a short business trip and referred MoLi London for short stay. I was certainly impressed by the apartments provided by them. I was well furnished, spacious and cheap at the same time. I would refer them the next time I get to visit Lonson.

We stayed over during thanksgiving and were surprised by all the nice little thingscthe company did. Good ladyvon the phone. Apartmnt was new and good kitchn. There were nice shops near the aparrmnt. We will be back! Thanks
“a view with some problems”
the flat was really great and located in a fanastic area. Although lacking in chairs, all the furniture was new and well equipped. But the towels were still quite damp and smelt badly and not all the linen were properly washed. What was worse, though, was that I wasn't given back my deposit money. I made at least five calls and then I gave up. I am still very cross about it.

We have not experienced any loss in the property or missing amenities to have any reason to not return your deposit in full, however you wanted the deposit back through the bank wire and we are still waiting for your bank details.
