Excellently located in a quiet area of Nueva Cordoba, one of the nicest neighbourhood of the city. Close to cafés, restaurants, University and park. It is a 5 minute walk to the University, main museums and 15 minute walk to downtown and the UNESCO World Heritage Centre. Close to Consulates (Chile, Brasil, Spain).
