We know that finding top quality lodging and homes for rent on Oregon's Pacific Coast can be a challenging task. We take pride in making your seaside vacation as comfortable and as pleasurable as possible. Our Oceanfront Spanish style villas are impeccably maintained, beautifully decorated and loaded with amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces, wireless internet access, hot tubs, and gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean.

The Hacienda Beach House is ideally located for your seaside getaway. We are nestled in Southern Oregon's famed Banana Belt, renown for its year-round temperate climate. Just 40 minutes north of the California, six miles from the Rogue River and a few yards from the waters edge, our villas is close to a wide variety attractions and activities. You won't find a more unique Oregon coast vacation rental anywhere.

The access to the beach is a 10 minute walk down a quite country road.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I make changes to my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kellie / Joe (the owner) a message.

If Kellie / Joe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
