Welcome to the Bamboo Valley Inn: Nestled in a hidden tropical valley on Maui's North Shore where all you will hear are the sounds of nature and warm tropical breezes.

Located on a very private, quiet, gated, multi acred property with a bamboo forest and a running stream. Just 10 minutes from world famous Ho'okipa and Baldwin Beach Parks.

A 5 minute drive to Haiku Town restaurants and country stores and 10 minute drive from Paia and Makawao Town restaurants and shops.

At the Bamboo Valley Inn, the Bamboo View Suite offers deluxe, private accommodations. The 2 bedroom suite is approximately 800 square feet in size and has a 200 square foot covered patio. The 2 bedroom suite has granite counters, it's own private bath, fully equipped entertainment room, wood burning fireplace, private covered lanai with gas BBQ and its own kitchen, containing everything you would need to prepare any meal.

“Beautiful quiet jungle get away”

Very welcoming with fresh flowers and a personalized note .. The beautiful jungle location is relaxing to come back to after full day exploring of the island.Wake up to singing birds and roosters crowing . The tastefully decorated condo has everything (Even includes beach chairs,boogie boards and cooler) for a perfect getaway. Thank you Tom and Vicki (owners) for making our vacation special.

We had our second family vacation stay in the Haleakala Suite and loved it! Tom and Vicki's attention to detail made our vacation so easy and enjoyable. We love the beautiful surroundings, furnishings, and serene atmosphere away from the bustling tourist areas. Yet it's still only a short drive to the beach and excellent restaurants like Mama's Fish House and Hali'imaile General Store. We also spent mornings and evenings in making our own breakfasts and grilling dinners on the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed to make nice home-cooked meals. We made good use of the beach supplies like the cooler, beach towels, and sand bucket. :) Our time at Bamboo Valley Inn was cherished time - especially our daughter getting to visit Tom and Vicki's horse each morning. We're sure this will be a fond memory for her, and we plan to visit again as often as we can. Don't miss out on this gem of a vacation home!

The bamboo suite was elegant and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of the big resorts. It eas the perfect place for a honeymoon. Tom and Vicki wherr very friendly and informative. We would recommend staying here to all of our friend and family.

Tom and Vicki made us feel very welcome while giving us privacy during our stay. The cozy atmosphere at the Bamboo Valley Inn made us feel like we were coming home after every daily adventure in Maui. The secluded rainforest location provided relief from the heat at the beach while being only minutes from Hana Highway which allowed us plenty of time to explore the island. Everything is included to prepare meals to eat there or to take with you for a beach picnic. We're so happy we chose to book at Bamboo Valley Inn and can't wait to return!

Fresh into marriage my husband embarked on our honeymoon and stumbled across Bamboo Valley Inn. I loved the idea of being away from too many tourists, and calmly having our own space to relax, cook, and enjoy some country air. The photos did not disappoint. We had the Bamboo Suite and enjoyed a big large bed, an enormous bathroom, a beautiful view and a great open kitchen. It was so nice and quiet, yet not far from beaches and great access to anywhere we needed to go. Tom and Vicki are very hospitable and gracious hosts. They are extremely organized. It was lovely to know if we needed to bring a cooler on a road trip, we had access to one and chairs for the beach. We could do our laundry when we needed to as well. We loved our stay there, and the Haiku area so much. So much, that now we feel inspired to find a cozy place in that same area. You'd miss out if you didn't book a stay with them!

We stayed in one of the Bamboo View Suites and can't say enough about the beautifully decorated and very clean accomodations. The location and views are beautiful and very private in the middle of trees amd lush vegetation. The suite was spacious and had everything we could have needed during our stay and more. Vicki went above and beyond - greeting us personally and giving us a tour, providing a lovely breakfast tray and even a mahalo card on our last night. Our only regret was that we didn't stay at Bamboo Valley for our entire trip. Some travellers may wish to be closer to the beach or be able to walk places - be aware that you will need to drive to the beach and into town.

We were travelling from Lahaina and wanted to drop off our luggage late in the morning to visit Haleakala for the day. Tom put our luggage in his garage while the guests before us checked out and had everything in our bedrooms when we arrived later that night. It was much easier not driving a fully loaded car up the mountain! We had a problem with the electricity going out several times our first night there, but Tom had an electrician come the next day to fix it. A note with an apology for the inconvenience was left on our door! Tom and Vicki were very accomodating and I would highly recommend their home to others. The accomodations were much nicer than the pictures depict, and the fresh flowers on the outdoor table and basket of breakfast goodies were a special touch. The only negative was the shared washer/dryer which the other guests always seemed to grab before I had the chance, but that is no reflection on Tom, Vicki or their beautiful home. I wouldn't think twice about making return plans to the Bamboo Valley Inn!

We stayed for approximately 10 days in Tom & Vicki's upcountry rental and enjoyed each of these days. The accommodation is tastefully furnished, well equipped, nicely decored and very clean. The bottom line is, that it is hard to find something comparable. Tom & Vicki are really helpful and pleasant persons. We would rent again their accommodation for a future vacation. Thanks again!

We stayed here for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Tom and Vicki are great hosts. Not only have they created a living area that's comfortable, clean and quiet, but they also go out of their way to provide you with boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers and beach toys for the kids. Centrally located, we could easily access any part of the island. We would definitely return.

How do damage deposits work?
