Baan Santhiya Private Pool Villas are ideally situated in the quiet yet easily accessible area of Na-Thai, Aonang. Located just 7 mins (3km) drive from the beachfront, Baan Santhiya offers quiet, peaceful and luxurious surroundings for large families, groups, or just holiday makers looking for an escape from run-of-the-mill hotels.

Transport to the beach / Aonang centre is only a 7 minute drive away by our tuk-tuk service between 08:00-18:00. We offer 2 free round-trips per day, which is normally more than adequate (200 Baht per journey after 18:00) .

There is a Tesco-Lotus and a Makro supermarket 3 minutes' drive away, and a Minimart just a stone's throw from the Villas.

Airport pickup service available by car for 600 baht, SUV or Minibus for 750 baht.

The villas sleep 8 guests with the current bedding arrangements. We accept maximum additional 2 guests for 500 Baht per person per night including roll-away beds

How do damage deposits work?

If Rob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
