“The whole experience was easy and a warm welcome at check in as”

The whole experience was really easy, I love the fact that there are no hidden fees on the rental fee. Mike was great and friendly at check in. Also the room was clean, the hot tub clean and it seems the cleaning person was very attentive in took the extra steps to make you feel welcome! (We also adopted a kitten from the check in people that needed a home and we absolutely LOVE BUDDY! (our new family member) We will always use About the Smokies from now on if availability allows! Thanks for everything! We like the location best and the easy of checking in! BTW, the location at Bear Elegance was perfect!

How do damage deposits work?
