Charming Spanish Casita located in the Village of La Jolla. Walking distance to world famous La Jolla Cove, beaches, shopping, art galleries, museums and restaurants. The Casita/guest house has 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, a living room with a new European Style Queen Size Sleeper Sofa.
Full renovated bathroom with marble vanity, Marrakesh tile flooring, new tub/shower, new shower head and fixtures.
Kitchenette with Quartz counter top, new microwave, coffee maker, new induction cook top, sink, compact refrigerator.
There is a large patio/deck (400 sq. ft. approximately) with Spanish pavers, new 4 burner Viking grill, outdoor heater and outdoor table, lounge chair, several Adirondack chairs and 3 market umbrellas and freezer.
The property is located at 7701 Ivanhoe Ave East in the Village of La Jolla. The location is in a very upscale residential neighborhood that is easy walking distance to everything the Village of La Jolla has to offer ( beaches, the Cove, restaurants, museums, galleries, the seal rookery, Scripps Park, nightlife, etc..)
1 Bedroom with Queen size bed, full bathroom. Desk in bedroom with wireless internet connection. The Casita has original art by local artists and international artists.
Living room has 2 large leather couches and leather chair with ottoman, Dish Network internet compatible HDTV, DVD player and a full size bed (not a convertible bed). The entire suite is approximately 600 sq. ft. The living room has original artwork from local artists.
Large patio deck (400 sq. ft. approximately) has Spanish pavers, new Viking grill and table with four chairs, 4 Adirondack chairs and a chaise lounge for relaxing after a day at the beach. There 3 large market umbrellas and outdoor propane gas heater to make the temperature pleasant regardless of the weather.
The location is 3 blocks from world class shopping, restaurants, art galleries and museums on Prospect St. and Girard Ave. Beaches, Scripps Park, The Seal Rookery and the Cove are all within easy walking distance.
We provide 2 beach chairs, beach towels and cooler for your use while staying at the Casita
For those that may be sensitive to noise we have an Adaptive Sound Sleep Therapy System that has 10 soothing settings such as Ocean Waves, Rushing Brook, Rainfall, Fireplace crackling, Crickets in a Meadow : which will allow you to sleep comfortably.

We have recently added two Italian leather sofas and a leather chair and the photos have been updated to show the new configuration of the furniture. The sofa sleeper has a queen size bed with a European design for a very comfortable sleep. The Village of La Jolla can be very lively and not much like a quiet country hillside. Great to hear that you enjoyed the convenient Village location that is walking distance to everything the Village of La Jolla has to offer.

“A little too noisy for us, we had some light sleepers!”
Wonderful large patio, easy walk to downtown. Draw backs are traffic noise and tight parking . I would recommend it to others if they were aware of the noise factor

We are pleased that the 5 of you were able to manage to fit into a space that is set up to accommodate 4 guests. There is parking in the driveway and all day street parking for any additional vehicles. La Jolla can be a very busy, bustling place especially during Holiday weeks or the summer, for guest that are overly sensitive to noise this location may not be the best fit. But if you enjoy walking to everything that the Village of La Jolla has to offer ( beaches, restaurants, shopping, galleries, museums, night life, etc...) then this is a great rental and an outstanding value. *A note to future guests; it is not advisable to hang wet clothes on the HDTV or any electronic devices as water and electricity are not compatible.
