The condo is in Ocean Dream, one of Cabarete's top private residences, and is under a minute's walk from Cabarete's 6 km beach. It is located on the second floor (3 floors total) of the private, quiet, Phase 6.

There are two bedrooms, each with marble en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a California king bed, dresser and TV. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and dresser. All linens and towels are provided.

All amenities are included in the price: AC, in-unit washer & dryer, 2 televisions, cable and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishes, utensils, blender, juicer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, toaster oven, full-size refrigerator, etc. There is a large breakfast bar and dining area which leads into the large lounge.

The living room opens onto the terrace (with BBQ) which is quiet and breezy. The large pool is for the use of occupants of the small Phase 6 area only. The condo is non-smoking inside but permitted on the terrace.

The unit is stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid and laundry detergent. There is also hot/cold water dispenser with a 5 gallon water bottle.

Maid service can be arranged for $20. A property manager is on hand to answer any queries during your stay.

Ocean Dream is just west of the center of Cabarete in a secure, gated complex on the beach. Within a short walk are banks, a clinic, ATMs, pharmacies, a grocery store and clothes stores. There is a very wide choice of restaurants including Mexican, Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese and Japanese.

A car is not necessary, but if you choose to rent one there is secure parking within Ocean Dream.

A 10 minute walk along the beach (or 3 minute drive) are restaurants, bars and shops, along with a large grocery store. Kitesurf / windsurf schools and launch spots are right outside the complex.

Cabarete is packed with activities including local tours to waterfalls and jungles, kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing, tubing, golf and fishing. Gyms, fitness studios and yoga are within a short walking distance along the beach. For those who want to relax, the pool, stunning beach and great local restaurants are close by.

Ocean Dream is located in central Cabarete where you can basically walk to everything. If you don't want to walk, there are moto-taxi's and regular taxi's readily available.

How do damage deposits work?
