Description

Our unique beautiful beachfront villa has a large pool with a spacious outdoor terrace and an overlook tower with spectacular views of the ocean and our own private sandy beach. The house is a comfortably furnished older beach house. The villa's main floor has a large open living/dining/kitchen area. The covered terrace overlooks the pool and has ample seating and a large table for outdoor dining. There are two queen sized bedrooms on this floor, each with their own private bath. The separate lower living area has a king size bedroom with a private bath and a twin bedroom with it's own private bath. The house may not be suitable for very young children due to the fact that the lower level is only accessable from the outside, not from the upper level. All of the bedrooms have A/C. We have recently updated the kitchen and added a very large outdoor charcoal BBQ.

Price includes; full maid service, a caretaker/maintenance person, a security guard, all within a secure walled compound. Our maid is available to prepare meals for an additional cost. There is 24/7 electricity.

The villa is 5 minutes (by car) from Cabarete, 15 minutes (by car) from Sosua, and 20 minutes (by car) from the Puerto Plata airport. It's a 20-30 minute walk to Cabarete. A car is not absolutely necessary, however, we recommend that clients consider renting one. The villa is east of Cabarete, near the Hotel Celuisma Cabarete (formerly the Sea Grape Hotel). Cabarete has several grocery stores, and a wide variety of restaurants and bars for all tastes and budgets

How do damage deposits work?

If Shirley (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
