Casa Vista Azul is a luxury 327 sq.meter villa situated very close to the main city of the area, Buzios. There is a great ocean view from all 4 suites and the spacious living and dining room as well as the pool area. The villa is designed by the famous Brazilian architect Helio G. Pellegrino. It is build of the finest raw materials: Natural stones and different types of solid Brazilian wood mostly from the local area. All suites are air conditioned.

Surrounded by the six popular beaches: Joao Fernandes, Fernandinho, Ossos, Brava, Azeda & Azedinha Beach and the city of Buzios downhill, Casa Vista Azul provides as a perfect home base for various holiday activities such as: beaching, swimming, sailing, kayaking, surfing, diving, fishing, whale watching, trekking, playing golf & tennis, sightseeing, shopping, visiting restaurants, bars and night clubs, dancing and relaxing.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the bathroom you are refering to is the staffs bathroom. They do not use it very much and it has not much priority and therefore it is not a part of the rental. It is placed next to the outside barbecue area and they let you use it to spare you for a few meters to the kitchen.
