Very Good

“Perfect, the whole experience.”

Good communication, good location, excellent facility, the attention to detail was very good and prompt repayment of deposit. We didn't meet Siubhan, but it felt like we was looked after from start to finish. There was a couple of bottles of beer and a bottle of red wine as a welcome pack with detailed information about both the apartment and the surrounding area. Dougie the concierge was really helpful and gave us his no. for if we had any problems. Would definitely stay again.

My husband, 13 month old and I stayed at this apartment over a lovely hot weekend in London (the weather was amazing!) and we couldn't have asked for better accommodation. Booking the apartment was very easy and Siubhan was wonderful with communication and answering all the questions we had. Payment was also very easy and within one day of departing, we had confirmation that our security deposit had been refunded. The property manager of the building met us upon arrival and was very helpful. He was available anytime we needed him and provided his contact information in case anything came up. The suite was very comfortable and spacious considering it is a studio apartment. It was great to come back after a long day out and have somewhere to sit, cold drinks in the fridge and food to make/eat rather than go to a restaurant. There wasn't anything additional in the suite for our little one (cot, etc.) but we were aware of that prior-to and this wasn't a problem. We travelled with a 'my little seat' which is used on a table chair to strap in babies like a high-chair would (I highly recommend this product). Our little one slept with us in the bed and there was plenty of space. There was also water, beer, pop in the fridge when we arrived which was a lovely surprise! The apartment is an approx £7 cab ride from King's Cross station, although you can take the tube and walk approx 10 minutes. The neighbourhood is quiet and the apartment faces the street, which never bothered us when it came to traffic noise. There are lots of grocery stores approx. 10 minutes away - Sainsburys, M & S, Waitrose, Food Co-Operative plus a boots and Starbucks. The tube station is just next to the aforementioned stores and as you are in zone 1, it isn't far to get to any of the major tourist attractions via the tube. We pre-purchased a traveller Oyster card before arriving in London and also recommend this to anyone visiting. You can get any money left on the card back before leaving if you don't use it up. All in all, our stay was fantastic and we would stay again when we visit London next. Thank you!

Appartamento bello, pulito, con tutti gli accessori descritti (WyFi, telefono Skype,elettrodomestici,...). Un letto + un divano letto dove hanno dormito i 2 bambini (5 e 7 anni). C'è una persona di riferimento sempre disponibile, che ci ha consegnato le chiavi il primo giorno e mostrato l'appartamento. Matropolitana a 10 min a piedi, ma noi abbiamo viaggiato essenzialmente in autobus: la fermata è a 3 min e poi si può scegliere dove andare. Se devo trovare un difetto, è situato in una zona un po' distante dalle principali attrazioni, che sono più verso la zona di HydePark; comunque con la rete di trasporti londinese ci si muove agevolmente ovunque. Se vi piace dormire completamente al buio, tenete presente che non ci sono tende oscuranti ma delle veneziane, per cui al mattino entra la luce.

Everything about this flat was great, the area was brilliant, 10 mins to upper street, the flat had everything I needed to cook my own meals, and was just perfect for a longer stay in London, when you don't want to go out every night, but still want to be close to everything. The service was great, I cannot recommend this place more.

We have just spent three nights in this exceptionally clean and well presented apartment in Islington. The apartment is well situated for easy access to all London attractions being just a short walk away from angel tube station. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure that all client requirements are catered for. Excellent communications from the owner both before and after our stay.

This flat was perfect for our recent seven day stay in London. It is within walking distance of many tourist attractions and the others are easily reached by tube or bus (both have convenient stops quite near the flat). Grocery stores are close by as are some great pubs and restaurants. (Try Cafe Davina on the Upper Steet...delicious!) The flat is well equipped for cooking (or, in our case, warming up prepared foods from the local M &S;) and the complimentary wine, beer, Coke and water is a bonus. All our emails and questions to Siubhan were answered quickly and cheerfully, and Dougie, the concierge, was very helpful. We would certainly return to this apartment on our next trip to London.

This apartment is at a convenient location, and a safety environment. The apartment is full equipped whatever you need. We are surprised and more than expecting when we arrived. We stayed at the apartment for two nights. The location was very good and close to the Upper Street where one can find a lot of restaurants and bars as well as some shops. The apartment was equipped to a high standard and everything one could possibly need was there ( from washing up liquid to detergent and dishwasher tabs and so on). However, we were a little bit disappointed about the cleanliness as we first entered the apartment. As one has to pay 50 pounds for the cleaning we've expected a high standard of cleanliness. All in all, besides the minor issue of the cleanliness a great experience.

Convenient location for London without the noise and hassle. Easy walk from 2 tube stations. Bars and restuarants en route but no fine dining. Fantastic value. Would definitely use again.
