This flat is a hidden gem. More central impossible, in typical beautiful building, surrounded by restaurants and small shops. Little patio with orange tree and the smell of four de orange be morning is delicious. The flat itself has everything possible for great stay - all the kitchen amenities, many plates and cups, so you don't need to worry wash them - there is also dishwasher. Being a tea lover, I appreciated having a kettle :) We also like to thank Ana for her good willness and advises about Dubrovnik and Isabelle and Viktor, for their quick replay and for providing all information needed.
“Absolutely and truly divine”
This was a fabulous place to stay! Just right for two adults on vacation in a great location within easy walking distance of the city gate. Despite being located above a restaurant, nights were very quiet and sleeping was no problem. The bedroom was located at the back of the building and had a beautiful little terrace for relaxing or eating under the sun or moon; totally private- a nice plus feature. The bathroom has a shower and was a bit on the small side but was totally workable. There were plenty of towels and everything was spotless. This is within easy walking distance of anything you might want to see as far as museums or attractions. The main shopping street and small grocery store are just a few blocks away. The person who gave us the key was very nice and helpful and the transfers to the airport and back (at an extra fee) were prompt and well worth it when compared to dragging luggage on a bus or trying to get a taxi. The kitchen is pretty fully equipped although I had wished for a veggie peeler a couple of times. This is definitely a prime choice as far as a place to feel at home.
Response from the manager Dear Mary, Thank you for your comments and appreciation. We are glad that you have enjoyed your 6-days break at Divine I Apartment. If we knew the veegie peeler was missing we would have brought one during your stay! We will for our next guests. We hope to welcome you again soon. Thank you, Kindest regards, Isabelle and Viktor
“35th Anniversary Trip”
The apartment is in a terrific location in the old wall city! The pictures showed the apartment as is and was well represented. Viktor and Isabelle were excellent to work with!
“Wonderful apartment in the center of the old city”
My young daughter and I spent a wonderful week in Divine I studio apartment, which is located in an ideal spot right in the middle of the old city of Dubrovnik. The apartment is very pleasant inside with a well-equipped full kitchen - it was great to have a place to cook some of the wonderful fresh produce from the nearby farmers market, and a nice change from eating out every meal. The garden terrace was also a lovely place to relax and escape the crowds during the middle of the day. Victor and his family were genuinely friendly and helpful lots of suggestions for things to do with children in the area. Highly recommended!
I spent much time researching the perfect rental and hotels for Dubrovnik. My job makes me a look at every detail... I had thought I found it in Devine1. Now I know I did. Great apartment, ideal location right in the old town, seconds from Pile Gate, fully equipped kitchen for nights in, but close to everything else if you don't. Wonderful air-con in both rooms made it very comfortable. ...but had a shaded garden. yes! a garden in old town Dubrovnik. Everyone we met in town couldn't believe it, a rental with a garden? yes it's true. evenings coming back to pop open something from an excellent wine tour or boutique, sitting listening to the crickets and mild chatter from the restaurants around us, was idyllic. Isabelle and Viktor know everything there is to know about where to go and where not to, worth listening to when you arrive. airport transfers both way made it so much easier. fast internet, half-way cleaning, and secure access made this the perfect choice for old town Dubrovnik. I can't see anywhere else being better in Old Town Dubrovnik, we were about to stay at the Hilton, we're both really glad we chose Devine I instead.
Me and my boyfriend rented this apartment for nine days. We have nothing negative to say about the Divine apartment. The location is GREAT and you have everything you need. Kitchen/ living room and bedroom is good size. The bathroom was a bit small but that didn't bother us. The small garden belonging to the apartment was great. Nice to be able to relax whit a glass of wine and get away from all the tourist. You can not hear any noise from the street back there. Would definitely recommend this apartment.
“Lovely and spacious at great location.”
We had a great experience at this flat. It is located in the centre of old town, spacious and modern. There is a pretty terrace in the backyard which is rare for old town.
“Perfect place to stay in the centre of Dubrovnik”
Flat was lovely, perfectly situated in the heart of the old town. The courtyard was a lovely addition and the ideal place for breakfast or pre dinner drinks.
“Great apartments and amazing property manager”
We rented two apartments in the same unit and both were great. Very clean and very well maintained. They were in a great location in old town, which made it very easy to get around. They had all the amenities needed. Also, the property manager, Viktor, was extremely nice and helpful. As a local he was able to give us great guidance on what to see and do, especially given the fact that the weather was not great. Certainly the best property manager I've ever encountered.
“Peaceful, ideal spacious apartment in Dubrovnik”
Dubrovnik is hilly, hilly, hilly. The Devine I apartment is just off the Strada w/ no hills at all to get there (from Pile Gate). (There is one flight of stairs to get to apartment.) The apartment is absolutely well appointed (cups, glassware for all types of beverages, full kitchen, great water pressure, etc.). The garden terrace off the bedroom is a wonderful, peaceful respite. Great place to eat in the morning, and even better in the evening w/ a bottle of wine, snacks, and an ample place to enjoy reviewing our day, as well as to plan the next (or just read). Would absolutely stay here again - - highly recommend. (As this is an apartment there is no daily linen, clean-up service.)
