TWICE THE SPACE WITHOUT THE PRICE3000 sg ft of luxurious but relaxing space to spread out in a multi-level condo home in Cedars Resort on Longboat Key. The home is a double-sized unit, so it is twice the size of most homes in the resort with 4 bedrooms so there is plenty of room to spread out. We are across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and nearby beaches. Beautiful hardwood floors in the kitchen and family/living/dining room and wall to wall sky blue carpeting in the bedrooms upstairs. Master suite with king bed, 800 thread count sheets,his and her closets,powder area and jacuzzi tub. New sheets, pillows and towels just added. The second bedroom has queen bed with peek-a-boo views of the waves from the Gulf of Mexico and the third bedroom has two twin beds and a sliding door that opens to a screened lanai with a large hammock and card table. The fourth bedroom is also a study with daybed and trundle which can pull out and be placed together to create a king-sized bed.Rental entitles you to Jr olympic heated pool with cabana bar, onsite bar and grill and resort fishing pier as well as a pair of bikes in the condo's garage for your use. Gulf waters are across the street and can be seen from the western directed windows of the home. Yellow gentle wall colors and beach like atmosphere to the home which will help you relax and get away from the hectic pace of living up north.Kids will love nearby Durante Park with nature trails and jungle gyms. Onsite mangrove walkways create a tropical inviting atmosphere that connect each part of the resort. Beach access by two minute car ride to nearby beach and boardwalk with beach gear included in the garage with beach umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs,etc. Additionally, barbecue grillers available for your use found in the garage to use outside.You can spend a lot more to be cramped in a hotel room or outdated small dark condo or instead enjoy room to spread out with extended family in a full kitchen, living dining area with 4 private bedrooms. Most visitors return year after year so the more desirable months tend to go quickly. If Philip (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
