“Great place!”

Reviewed 4 Apr 2014

I loved staying at this condo. The unit has recently been renovated and was very clean. The studio side has a view of the mountain and is located just steps from the ski slopes and among the shops and restaurants. The bedroom has its own bathroom and television and the bed was very comfortable. The living room area is roomy and has a very comfortable queen murphy bed that folds out of the wall if needed. The unit also has a second bathroom and a well-stocked kitchenette with nice appliances. There are also balconies off of both the living room and the bedroom overlooking the skating rink. The unit couldn't be any more conveniently located for skiing; it's located right next to the lift ticket windows and is practically on the payday run. It is also right by a bus stop which was nice because I didn't rent a car but was still able to get around town to meet friends, etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

“One of the closet condo units to the ski slopes!”

If you're looking for a close unit to be able to walk out your door and be on the lift in a couple mins this is it! You can rent your gear directly below the unit. Climb some outside stairs and you're at the Pay Day lift. Beds slept amazing...better than our own beds, even the murphy bed slept awesome! Patti even brought us a pack-n-play for our 2 year old son which he loved. We all slept well. I was worried since the unit faces the skating rink their loud music would be heard inside but that didn't happen. My toddler easily took naps and wasn't affected by it at all. You can look through one window in the living room and see some slopes. Both balcony rooms overlook the skating rink so no privacy really on them. We kept our curtains closed the entire time. Tv & Wi-Fi worked fine. We rode the city buses the entire time which is great they're just a couple mins away from this unit. We did do laundry which is located in another building but an easy walk. It cost $1.75 to wash, $1.50 to dry. The indoor pool is located in another building so you have to go outside and down the steps through the main plaza area to get to it. Kind of chilly after swimming to return to unit! Pool wasn't very warm, but being that half is outside one can understand. Pool area keeps towels so don't bring any. The only negatives i can say is the master shower didn't drain well & this unit is located beside the stairwell to reach the unit above so that was very loud the entire week. We heard people in ski boots stomping up and down all day. This didn't bother us too much since it didn't happen at night when we slept. Not sure if some children might not nap well with this noise. Ours was fine. All in all, nice unit, perfect location if you're a skier/boarder.

Response from the owner Jaime - Thanks for your review and I'm so glad you and your family had a wonderful time. Somehow, my original response seems to have been deleted from the trip adviser site. I appreciate very much you bringing the plumbing issue to my attention as once I read your review I contacted my plumber and he rectified it immediately. The condo does have great views of the ice skating rink from both the studio and bedroom decks, and is one of the reasons I bought this condo. I have found that it is easy to see out of the windows but based on the angle and tempered glass, much harder for people to see into the condo from the rink or plaza below. The skating rink closes at 6 or 8pm, depending on the time of year, and the music that is played tends to be light, soothing and tasteful (no rap!). For those of you who have young toddlers, like yourself, I did install heavy block out curtains that do a good job blocking out both noise and light from getting into the condo. This condo is pretty much the closest condo available to the ski runs and lift access from the stairs, but I don't believe you can hear people walking up/down the stairs from the bedroom side of the condo. It's usually not an issue on either side when it's time for bed (thanks for pointing that out!). The complex has 3 hot tubs, one of which is located on the upper floor in this building. The indoor/outdoor pool is a great feature located just across the plaza and is right next to the fitness center and 24x7 staffed font desk. All are available for guests use - sorry the pool was a bit cool - I have noted to make it more clear for future guests that the front desk staff can adjust the temperatures if there is an issue. I'm glad you found the laundry facilities in the complex convenient - while it is close by, I'm considering putting in a private washer/dryer in my unit and hope to do so within the next year. I can't tell you how much I appreciate you writing your review and for your suggestions and comments. It helps me to continue to make changes and improvements for future guests. Thank you again for choosing my condo for your Park City stay and I hope you choose All Park City Rentals again for your furture PC trips!

Beautiful condo. Right at base of ski lift. Garage very convenient. The Lodge has a driver that can take you to Main Street. Enjoyed my stay.

“Beautiful unit in best PC location”

You can tell this unit has been recently remodeled. Beautiful kitchen and bedroom. Murphy Bed is great. Terrific appliances. The management company is very responsive and has the best PC recommendations. I loved the views from the unit as well. You can see the mountain and skating rink. Amenities in the complex are also top notch.

“Super convenient and comfortable spot!”

I have been lodging in Park City for 5 years now. I have the passion for skiing and I need the comfort and the warm feeling after a long day on the slopes. Well, this Unit 110 is where it is at! I felt peace and serenity as soon as I walked into the unit. This unit was completely renovated with all the amenities you can dream off. I loved the king size bed it was like sleeping on clouds. I have stayed in many places in Park City, and I can say that "The Lodges at Park City Mountain Resort" is my favorite. This unit is on the end of the building and there you are ski in/out. The location, staff, layout, room size and amenities are ideal for a hassle free, comfortable and enjoyable vacation! This is truly the wonderland mountain village with restaurants, ski shops, and convenience stores right at your foot steps. A fabulous experience in every aspect!

Response from the owner Thank You so much for the wonderful review Elaine! I'm so glad you loved my new unit and look forward to seeing you again on your next return trip. Thanks, as always, for choosing All Park City Rentals!

The condo was very nice. everything was new and very clean. The bedroom was was very spacious. We stayed in other one bedrooms that were very small. Lots of closet space. The owner was more than accommodating and helped us get around park city with information necessary being our first time. The location is excellent. Great for kids.

Response from the owner Thanks Erin! I'm so glad you enjoyed my new condo and hope you and your family come back to Park City in the very near future!
