This Fabulous Villa has a Fully Fitted Kitchen with All Appliances and an Adjoining Laundry Room with Washing Machine and Safety Deposit Box, a Spacious Open Plan Living Area Adjoining the Kitchen and Attractive Terrace for Al-Fresco Dining. The Living Area has Large TV with 50 Channels on Cable and a CD/DVD player, also Wireless ADSL High Speed Internet. The Villa is Fully Fitted with High Quality New Furniture,
The Master Bedroom has a Light Airy and Fully Fitted En-suite Shower Room and the Twin Bedroom is Adjoining the other Beautiful Fully Fitted Shower Room. The Living Area, Kitchen, Dining Terrace and Master Bedroom all overlook The Pool and Garden. There is Thatched Sala for Relaxing next to The Pool and also a Car port.

The villa was every we hoped it would be, clean, spacious and was suited just right for our small family. Air con and fans to keep the villa cool, with a welcome pack waiting for us which was great as we arrived really late, so to have bread, milk, jam and coffee for the morning was welcomed. Kids loved the pool, we bought inflatables from local shops to add something extra. Situated in secure grounds, with electric gates, we hardly noticed the other villas around us. Glad we decided to upgrade to coconut island with our own pool to give us extra privacy. Near Rawai beach, which was good to hop on longtail boats to islands. Nai Harn beach good also. Had a free tour of the vicinity of the villa through Pla, and we went on to hire a car and book a trip with her for a good price. Rawai is a quieter part of the island, but it didn't take much to reach other areas of the island but the quiet suited us as a family. If we ever went back to Phuket, I have no doubt we would choose Coconut Island 100% we received top service from Jittra.

My wife and our 2 teenage children had a great time. Our time at coconut island was enjoyable and relaxing. Would recommend it to anyone. Make sure you organise a car or motor bike for getting around. The villa's are modern clean and well equiped. The breakfast pack on arrival was a nice touch. One of the best holiday we have had.
“2nd time, still good. Mozzies bring repellent please”
This is our second trip, First time was at Room Phi Phi Don, really clean and beautiful. The house is still well maintained with great facilities all clean and in good working order. Washing machine, oven, stove and fridge. Because we came with 2 toddlers, 1 infant and 1 child, 4 adults we had to cook alot. Must say this time the house was dustier and plenty of mosquitoes - it could be a different season. Then we came in Oct and it was cool-ish, no mosquitoes. This time it was blazing hot (this is despite coming from Singapore) and we each killed an average of 5 mosquitoes a day and all the children were bitten. Recommend travellers to bring repellent. The house has a mosquito coil burner, that helps. But you need to buy the coils yourself though. You need transport to get anywhere. renting is better than paying for individual trips unless you plan on staying home all day. Wonderful hospitality from Cat, Pla and 2 lady cleaners. Bring your own laundry detergent/dishwashing liquid or buy at the tesco available in small packs. The tesco isn't really walkable. Highly recommended for being away from the madding crowd and proximity to Naiharn. Yanui, Bon Island but at the same time not walkable to any of these. Large rooms
“Coconut Paradise Exactly That!!”
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Coconut Lagoon for our Honeymoon. What amazing people, villas, and location. Rawai is such an amazing resort, with its warm welcoming character. "Everybody is always smiling”. Ken & Tip made My wife and I very welcome, taking time out at the villa, to ensure we settled in, Their welcome pack was exceptional, providing us with all information on Bars restaurants/ trips/ massages/ car/bike rentals, giving us all the practical knowledge to settle back into the laid back happy go lucky life style that all Rawai natives adopt. Coconut Lagoon Villa was equipped with all the necessary equipment to make our stay perfect. Free Wifi in Villa and around the pool outside, Air con, washing machine, cooking equipment and best of all vital essentials for all new arrivals...bread, milk, butter, jam and beer Superb! The grounds of the Villa's are pristine and well managed by a dedicated team of maintenance staff. All happy to help, what ever the hour.The pool was beautiful, clean and inviting set with coconut palms and colourful orchids. We rented an automatic scooter from Pla recommended by Ken & Tip, The best way to travel locally round Rawai. All the local bars, restaurants and nightlife was a 5minute ride away.The coconut paradise bar has amazing cuisine English and Thai food. The shrimp cakes were to die for!! We were all made to feel very welcome by staff and locals. It has a great homely vibe football and cheap booze you cant go wrong!!As a whole Rawai and Coconut Paradise was our first taste of Phuket, I can quite happily give this resort 10/10, its a truly magical place, we have so many fond memories of the people the places and the over whelming hospitality. My wife and I, will most defiantly be returning to Rawai, to visit Ken & Tip and the team down at coconut paradise. We had such an amazing honeymoon, and we would like to thank them for letting us share it with them in their own slice of paradise.

Our Stay at the coconut paradise holiday villa was one of the best experiences we have encountered. Excellent accomodation, Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble, Lovely pool at the Villa to relax. The location of the villa is great, nice eating places and bars not so far away 'walking distance' Fantastic beaches,extremely enjoyable holiday and hopefully we are lucky enough to return. Thank you Ken and Tip your hospitality was exceptional.
“It is great place to stay in Phuket”

Met at Phuket airport and driven very carefully (Not the usual Thai way)to the Villa were we where greeted by a very friendly member of staff who showed us the Villa, explained/showed us :- the appliances,local attractions/Restraunts,Supermarkets. (although there was no need to rush to this as we were supplied with a "welcome pack" which contained all our immediate requirements) The Villa was light and "Airy" and always felt cool, the Patio was marvellous in the evening, overlooking the pool. The situation of the villa in Rawai is quite quiet,There are many Restraunts and bars in the immediate vicinity. (A 10/15 min walk) Lots of boat tours (Longtail and speedboat)leave from Rawai beach to surrounding islands so is very convient. Patong with it's nght clubs and "Hustle and Bustle" is a 30min drive away. The best was "Tranquility". The worst- Having to Leave !!
“Beautiful private Villa with our own pool in Paradise!”
Everything was perfect. We arrived late, but they were there to greet us and there were snacks and even cold beer! The home was beautiful, everything you need was there. The pool is amazing, very nice to cool off in on those hot days or even in the rain. (That was fun) We spent allot of time just floating around and dreaming. Everything is close by. They will arrange tours or a car or motorcycle , or whatever you need just ask and they can make it happen. We will definitely be back again. Thanks Ken and Tip for letting us enjoy your Paradise. “Coconut Paradise was perfect for our family of 7”
Coconut Paradise was perfect for our family of 7. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We all loved the pool and the location. We were able to hire motor bikes and cruise to any part of the island in a reasonable amount of time. It was great to be away from the touristy side of the island and have our own little knook. We were able to order food in from their local Thai restaurant when it was rainy out and we were all looking for a night in. I definitely recommend this spot for your family or big group traveling.

Had an amazing stay at coconut paradise resort. We stayed in the villa "coconut lagoon". It is one of the villas that has a shared pool, this didnt even prove a problem, as the pool is only shared by 3 villas and hence you are rarely sharing it with anybody. The landscaping around the villas is beautiful, which is all nicely lit at night. The staff at coconut paradise are all very helpful, be it helping you order food, or hiring a car for the day, to booking excursions. There are an array of excellent beaches just a short drive away. Coconut paradise also has its own bar and restaurant where you got 10 percent discount, which makes for a nice meal out thats good value aswell. The location is a little remote with rawai beach being the only beach in walking distance, however it is so easy to rent a car or a scooter that it doesnt prove to be a problem at all. Taxi's are also readily available. This is the second time i have been back, and would also recommend it to anybody
