The Cays is a small exclusive development of 13 properties in a landscaped tropical setting located on the beach on the south side of the Caribbean island of Exuma in The Bahamas. Several Properties are available for vacation rental. The houses have three bedrooms & three bathrooms or four bedrooms & three bathrooms, with a very spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a wraparound deck along two sides. The houses are single story and tastefully decorated in a Caribbean style.
The development has its own beach, large pool and cabana with honesty bar where you can relax, enjoy your sun downer, and watch spectacular sunsets over the ocean.
The Development owners live on site & will be there to ensure that your vacation at the Cays exceeds your expectations. Exuma is a 45minute direct flight from Florida, a 3 hour direct flight from Toronto, and has easy access from Europe. Exact location map shown in photo section.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If NORMAN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
