KIHEI AKAHI UNIT C604
Sixth floor one bedroom, one bath condo rental with panoramic views of the ocean, glowing sunset skies, and sunrise over Mt Haleakala. Located toward the front of the "C" building, very close to the ocean. This condo has new Euro kitchen and new bath with walk-in shower. It is elegantly furnished and offers all the comforts of home.
While dining on your private lanai, enjoy panoramic views of the ocean, glowing sunset skies, beautiful sunrises over Mount Haleakala. Adding to your pleasure is the sound of the surf, blooming flowers and singing of tropical birds. This sixth floor condo at Kihei Akahi offers all the comforts of home. It has Air Conditioning, Free High Speed Wireless Internet and has recently been completely redone. The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and is located away from elevator noises. This Maui condominium rental is completely equipped with everything you will need, including beach chairs, beach mats and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, blender and all cooking utensils. Our Maui condo rentals open to the gentle breezes of the trade winds, and ceiling fans are present in the living room, as well as the bedroom. Each of our Maui condos is maintained with very high standards with regard to esthetic appeal and cleanliness. Because of this we have had a very strong following for years. We are private owners and take great pride in what we have to offer. Maui condos for rent by owner are a great value.
KIHEI AKAHI RESORT
Located in South Kihei, just off the edge of Wailea Resort area. This area is one of Maui's most popular and is noted for its excellent soft sand swimming beaches. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling or whale watching on these World Class Beaches. Noted for its lush vegetation with many blooming flowers, Kihei Akahi Resort has Two Pools, a Free Tennis Court, B-B-Qs and Refrigerator around the pools. An activity center is on the premises that can assist you with all of your Maui sightseeing needs.
Known for its "Sunshine" is the driest spot on the Hawaiian Islands with an average annual rainfall is less than 10 inches. It is a quiet and peaceful area, yet the five-star hotels of Wailea are just minutes away. Several shopping centers, with both casual and fine dining restaurants, are within walking distance. If you are a golfer, some of Maui's best golf courses can be found in the Wailea and Makena area.

Response from the owner Aloha, Glad you found the unit enjoyable. With regard to some of your comments. I agree with one of them, that the washer was only working on warm and cold. That has been fixed. There was not a problem with the stove and the igniter was not loose. On a gas stove the burner tops need to be put back in place correctly, after they are cleaned. If they are not put back on properly they would not ignite. When I entered the unit upon your departure two of the burners were noticably tilted to one side. All I did is pick them up to re-position them and they both lit immediately. The TV channel guide is right inside the TV information book that is left on the coffee table. The new cable system requires the TV and Cable buttons to be pushed separately and there is a sheet with these instructions on the coffee table as well, along with the remote. The office now knows which units have installed central air and have corrected the information they give. Central A/C units don't drip water into a pan. Thank you for your suggestion on serving dishes, I will look into that. This unit receive mostly 5 star reviews and I just find it interesting that there was not a single thing mentioned about what was good concerning the unit. In Feb there was no need for the Central Air but in the summer months it is very nice. Very few condos at Kihei Akahi come equipped with Central Air. Mahalo for taking the time to write this review.
