Description

Our house is conveniently located between West Bay and West End the two most popular spots on the island. It is a Cozy, Private 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath 400 Square Foot Cabin With Optional King Suite(Making it a 2 Bedroom Rental if Needed) with Stunning Caribbean Sunset Views. The Property Owners Live On Site for Anything You Might Need During Your Stay, or Your Privacy Will Be Insured If You Don’t Require Any Assistance During Your Stay. The Cabana and Jungle Suite have free wifi for guest convenience.

The Treehouse Cabana sits next to the owners quarters and includes a private entrance, king size memory foam bed, closet, a fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances, a sitting room, full bath, ceiling and room fans for cooling, wifi, and room safe for valuables. The Cabana also includes the use of a High Efficiency Central AC unit for an optional additional charge, a private deck with deck furniture that provides stunning sunset views over the Caribbean. The 2nd additional bedroom/suite with its own separate entrance under the house is equipped with a King size memory foam bed, full bath, AC unit, ceiling and room fans, room safe, wifi, a small dorm style refrigerator, closet, a deck with jungle view and plenty of privacy. Use of the 2nd bedroom/suite will be charged (only if needed) at a rate of an additional $15 per person per day above the rate quoted on the page and will be added on when looking for a quote. This set up allows one, or two people to get the lowest possible rate if they only need 1 bedroom. It then also gives 2 couples, or parents with adult children the opportunity to rent the cabana and suite together and provide privacy in their sleeping arrangements, as well as when they choose to come and go at a small additional nightly fee. The cabana and suite feature 2 covered deck area's that allow for both ocean and jungle views. The cabana rental electricity is provided free up to the normal unit usage and is then charged for additional usage at the local utility rate. The Cabana has its own separate meter from the owner’s unit so if you choose to use the AC during your stay you will only be charged for your actual usage above what is granted for normal cabana usage to run everything other than the AC. This way we are able to keep our rental rates at the lowest possible amount and only charge our guests for the convenience of using whatever amount of AC they want if they choose to do so. We will provide the renter with all the appropriate info to access the Cabana prior to their arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
