“Wonderful city, very well furnished apartment.”
This is a lovely apartment and Seville is a great city. We were very close to lots of cafes but about 20 minutes from the Cathedral. We walked but the local city bike hire is probably a good idea. We had a hire car but the streets are to narrow and navigating is very difficult. There is street noise at night from the nearby main road.
“Clean, comfortable, stylish and great area to stay.”
Excellent apartment just off Hercules with many bars and the best new tapas restos in Seville. Easy walking down to Catedral area and never a boring moment. The apartment works well, and is very well run. Our welcome was very efficient and friendly. Obviously a well-run business trying to provide good value. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
“Excellent apartment & location - minor niggles”
We booked two apartments with this organisation during our 6 nights stay in Seville - the first was only available for 4 nights so we moved to another one just round the corner from the first. The quality and cleanliness were uniformly excellent - both apartments looked exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchens (for those of us who like to cook). One of the two apartments even had a bidet, which is a pleasant surprise if you're Italian like me. The location: fantastic. The apartments are located in a beautiful non-touristy neighbourhood, slightly north of the usual tourist area. All usual attractions were in walking distance (few minutes) and well connected, however we also enjoyed discovering the area around the apartments, full of bars, locals and real Sevillan life. Minor niggles: the water boiler in the second apartment was broken. I contacted one of the members of the staff to obtain a replacement but got no reply. Not a big deal, as we mostly had coffee in the excellent bars of the city :) Also, the TV channels were somehow scrambled and satellite TV didn't really work - again not a big deal as we didn't go to Seville to watch the BBC, however this might be relevant to some. All in all, if we went back to Seville we would definitely return here.
“enjoyable stay in Sevilla”
The apartment was very nice and extremely clean and in an ideal location which had comfortable rooms with modern furnishings. We were surrounded by tapas bars, restaurants and colorful markets full of life. Easy booking online and a helpful lady was there to meet us with the keys when we arrived. Her English was very good which was a releif as our Spanish is zilch. I would undoubtedly recommend this to anyone planning a short/long stay in the amazing city of Sevilla.
The apartment met all of my expectations. Everything is new and it is spotless. It was over 40 degrees each day when I was in Sevilla and the air conditioning worked a treat and the lovely cool white marble floors add to the sense of pleasant coolness. The full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine made day to day living all very easy. I was very, very pleased to have found such a lovely apartment and would thoroughly recommend it.
“lovely well funrished apartment”
Very well furnished apartment on small side street near busy square with bars and restaurants. Lovely sun terrace on the roof. One negative - very noisey at night with traffic and people making a noise made it difficult to sleep.
Response from the owner Sorry to learn that you had trouble sleeping because of the noise from the street. However the week before you arrived was Semana Santa which then lead up to the Feria de Sevilla week - both very active and noisy times, with revelers out and about all day and all night long. The other 11 months of the year are very quiet!
“Great place to stay in Seville”
My husband and I very much enjoyed the condo we rented in Seville. It was a little difficult to find, but turned out to be in a prime location, close to all of the sights in old Seville. It was nice and quiet at night so sleeping was no problem. Pretty much no English TV, but that wasn't an issue for us. The condo was clean, comfortable and cheerful. It's as nice as it looks in the photos.
“An excellent base from which to explore Seville.”
It was lovely to have a beautiful apartment to use as a base-and also for relaxing after sightseeing. It was lovely to be able to sit on the roof terrace-but please could the umbrella be repaired/replaced for us pale-skinned folk! The location was great-half an hours relaxed walk from the airport bus-stop( 2.80 euros each way) and 20 mins to the main sights-perfect.Handy shops locally for bread and groceries and many thanks for the recommendation of the best tapas bars-we'll be back!
“compact tidy apartment in a great city location”
A nice, well equipped apartment in a leafy sidestreet in Centro. Ideal for a couple, but beyond that a bit of a squeeze.Local neighbours in the building and next door - during our stay this included three hour trombone rehearsals - but safe and quiet. Lots close by.
“Very nice small apartment; could easily be improved.”
The apartment is "cosy" [i.e., small], but it is perfectly adequate for two persons, and it is quite comfortable with one major exception: the sofabed, which we used only as a sofa, was extremely uncomfortable and should be replaced. The kitchen could be better equipped for cooking with little effort. The apartment has been renovated with fine appointments and attractive furnishings, and the location is nice, on a quiet street just off the square in front of the Museo de Bellas artes, an easy walk to shopping and to the cathedral and alc?zar (not to be missed) and the wonderful Barrio Santa Cruz. Wi-Fi worked fine, and check-in was exemplary (Thanks, Alvaro!). I will be returning to Sevilla, and I would rent this apartment again, but only if the sofa were replaced. A small matter: Despite reassurance by the manager that there are four chairs for the adjustable coffee/dining table, I found only two. Perhaps the others are folding and hidden (very well). They were not needed, but management should be aware.
