A charming penthouse located in the heart of Bavaro. This cozy apartment consists:

This amazing penthouse comes fully equipped with furniture and every other amenity you might need, made just for your best accommodation during your stay.

The first floor includes the kitchen area, with the equipment necessary for great morning breakfasts and lovely, family time evening dinners in the dining table. Also has a naturally well lit living room with a tv and local cable, a visitors bathroom, and a walk out patio for amazing sunsets.

A master bedroom with an en suite bathroom is also on the 1st floor, the bathroom has every single detail you might require from beach towels to scented candles.

The second floor has a very well open spaced area in between the rooftop patio, and the second master bedroom with a beautiful walk in closet, and its own en suite bathroom, to make you feel right at home.

This great penthouse is located in a a private gated complex, with 24hr security guards, includes a large shared pool, and lounges to make you relax in the best way during your stay in the beautiful island of the Dominican Republic.

This private complex is only at a 5 min walk away to:

PLEASE NOTE:

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
