Newer ( Built 2006) Two-Bedroom Two Bath Luxury Villa is located in North Palmetto Point on The Banks Road .

Villa overlooks the Atlantic Ocean with private " Dune Deck" right on the Beach!

*Sister property is "The Pink Sand Cottage" ( located on other property on dune & completely private & separate from Villa )

The most "Spectacular view's" of the Ocean and Sunrise.

Villa is set on hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and has decking decking on three sides of the Villa .

Enjoy your morning coffee on the rear deck bird watching or on the new ocean front beach deck( right on the water) watching a beautiful sunrise .

The large "Full Kitchen" that would make Cook right at home for enjoyable island cooking right at home or going out to dinner is very convenient as the villa is located near all the better places to dine like Tippys , The Beach House., etc.

being centrally located on island in the popular area of north Palmetto Point makes it a perfect location to head out on your daily trips either North or South.

The island farm is just two miles from us where you can gather fresh produce daily and on Tuesday & Friday they have fresh home made breads. etc

As for the Villa;

Each room has a separate Split System A/C system along with ceiling fans.

Washer and Dryer, Iron and Board, All Linens,Hairdryers in each bathroom, Dishwasher, Microwave, Ice maker, Blender,Coffee bean grinder, TV, DVD and VCR, CD Player, Games, Books, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs. Large Outdoor Decks with Lounge Chairs and Gas Grill provided for your use and a pay as you go island Cell phone for your use.

The Villa Bedding:

King Size" Sealy "Pillow Top Bed in Master Bedroom.

Guest bedroom King Size" Sealy" bedding also that can be made into a 2 Twins if needed.

Villa Beach:

You will find yourself all alone for miles on the beach most days) and you can walk for miles in either direction

The Villas beach offers offshore reefs has been said by past guests to be the best snorkeling location on the island they have found.

Just south of the Villa is a quiet cove surrounded by an offshore reef for sunning and swimming.
