Studio apartment MARGARITA is located in the position ideal for vacation, which, among other, offers you enjoyment in historical monuments of Split.
It is located in the old part of town Split, on the first floor of an authentic Dalmatian stone house.
Apartment is newly renovated and this is its third year in use.
It has double bed and sofa that could be spread into a bed for two.
It is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, cooker, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, air conditioner, sat TV, wireless internet connection, iron, hair dryer.
Apartment is in the centre of Split, only 30 m away from sea in the Split harbour. The famous Roman Palace of the Emperor Diocletian is within 3 minutes walking distance from our apartment.
A very popular restaurant FIFE, with quality national food and affordable prices is situated in the house next to us. Food also could be served in the apartment on request.

“A superb stay in Split - perfect position for a Studio apartment”
This apartment couldn't be better situated. It invites leisurely strolls along the waterfront promenade and is only minutes from all the old city cites you would wish to visit. 20 metres and you are looking at the waterfront. 10 metres and you are sitting in one of the most popular restaurants in the area. It's prices are reasonable too. The apartment is spotless and modern. Double glazed windows keep out the murmuring voices from the outdoor clients restaurant below very effectively, and every thing you could want has been provided for. We had a fabulous stay. The landlady is nice and welcoming, and very helpful. If you are staying here, you definitely do not need a car!

A utterly lovely apartment with a thorough array of amenities, located moments from the major sites of Split, yet just enough off the main drag that you'll feel like you're stealing away to somewhere special every time you walk through the door.
“A cosy accomodation close to the city and its "green lung"”
In spite of the weather (rather cold and windy) we enjoyed every day very much. In no small part this was due to the pleasant and comfortable apartment with its many amenities. It was so close to the city that we were able to relax there between our sightseeing tours in beautiful Split. Everything was just great! Many thanks to our host!
We stayed a full week in this apartment in October. It was perfect in every way and very clean. The location was ideal, just a few minutes to just about everything. The apartment had everything, from hairdryer to extra blankets. But - as tea-drinkers we could have done with a couple of mugs for the morning tea...
“Fantastic apartment with home comforts”
My wife and I stayed here for two nights in September and loved the place. Julijana arranged a friend to pick us up from the airport and met us on arrival at the apartment. The apartment was the best we stayed in during our 6 week visit to Europe. There were instructions for each of the electrical appliances. The kitchen cupboards were stocked with coffee, sugar, condiments etc. The location was in a great spot and only had one flight of stairs. It was only a 5 minute walk along the "riva" promenade to the centre of town. There were no negatives with this place! We would recommend this to any couple.

“A tasteful apartment that feels like home”
Margarita apartment is situated near the harbour in a lively area next to a cheap and delicious restaurant. In spite of the animation in the street below, once the front door and shutters are closed, the flat is very quiet and cosy. Tastefully decorated with all facilities needed, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine, iron and board, heating towel rack and air conditioning, mosquito plug and tablets, washing products and spices...the place is small but manages to feel spacious and homely. The only difficulty is the parking situation if coming by car. However we discovered regular spaces in the evening in an area just 10 minutes away, near the local beach and new harbour. The apartment is on the edge of a wooded hill surrounded by the sea with shaded bathing possibilities. Split is a stunning town and day trips to surrounding islands, towns, parks and historical sites offer a variety of wonderful experiences. Julijana is clearly dedicated to giving her guests the best possible experience and is both very helpful and discreet.
“Perfect flat in Split”
From our emails to Julijana we knew things would go well, as she is a very nice person. We were able to come in the morning, which was convenient for us. Apartment is one big room plus bathroom, first floor, up an external iron staircase. You can sit outside the front door. It has a high ceiling into the roof and feels spacious. It is very well equipped - everything you could need is there, plus info literature. Julijana provided generous basic supplies, and also some very nice wine & olive oil (which is probably not standard). Bed is large and comfortable, and the sheets were lovely. Bathroom (shower) is new and works well. Washing machine, dishwasher - tablets etc provided - worked well, also heating/air con. It is just behind the sea front and the old town is 2 minutes walk. There is a restaurant just nearby which does excellent fresh fish, and is cheap. It was the best place we stayed in Croatia.

my wife and i had a wonderful time in Split, this was enhanced by our wonderful accomodation and the owner julijanna who went out her way to ensure our say was memorable. the accomodation was situated in the centre of Split,near all facilities and was located in a quiet niche.
